I don't completely agree that every single thing from someone else we don't like or get triggered by is a reflection of us. There are things that don't have anything to do with ourselves that we just don't like .
I agree. So my husband who I think is a narcissist, doesn’t pay me any attention, barks at me all day long and treats me like five year old…all this I should see as positive and a reflection of me, no thank you
Perhaps you are actually the inverted narcissist and you are judging the overt narcissist? This is usually what it is: one partner claims to be the empathetic victimized by the narcissist partner. Neither are without narcissism or with it entirely either.
I don’t think it is good to apply this theory when dealing with a caustic relationship where you are not being heard or respected. If you are stuck in such a relationship, it is better to seek ways to increase self love and find ways of coping rather than trying to further blame yourselves. Love is the final answer. For others and for our own selves too.

Robert doesn't know anything that you don't already know. As long as you're putting people on pedestals and you still believe in hierarchy. It tells me you're really not listening to what he saying. He and nobody else hold the answers you're looking for .you'll only find them within yourself. You are a genius.It is your natural state of the beginning. It has nothing to do with how intelligent you are. It's all about you're awareness. When you let go of hierarchy and judgment and just see things for what they are and not what you think they are. Everything just opens up to you. No voice, No.
Expression should ever be quitted or silent .Not yours, not mine, and not even Robert's. I know you didn't put alot of awareness or consciousness into your comments. So I didn't take any offense by it. But there is nothing special about Robert that isn't special about you. He doesn't hold any secrets that you don't know about. All you need to do is look within and just allow and be aware of what's within you. It may be very surprised to what you find. In that great expansive void, you will find all potentials all possibilities and they are all yours. You are the genius you've been looking for. Now I know what I just wrote could come off as beinging harsh and their was a lot of other people whe made even more sillier comments then you did. Hey to all … Robert is on the right path and teaches good things , I criticised him previously for having a god complex during a hypnosis podcast but after listening to this I can take it back and formerly apologise to him and send him total appreciation and gratitude and respect!🙏🏻
I saw the hypnosis and knew the truth of it. I’m a qhht hypnosis facilitator and the higher conscious that comes through all of the clients is the God self- it’s definitely not egoic. Find a practitioner near you to experience it!

I am 88 and get an itch on my back and no one to scratch it. I solved the problem by telling myself "I am the itch' and it worked. Our minds do work for us.
I did the same thing with the sun… I was squinting because of the sun, and thought “I am that” and immediately my face relaxed and it didn’t bother me anymore. It was crazy! :)

I was referred to you from a comment on another podcaster’s site, who spoke of your guest and I immediately knew I had to find him here on YT and see what he was about. I’m grateful that my, sometimes instinctive nature, or inner senses, speak so loud at times, for I thoroughly enjoyed your guest and resonate to all he’s saying. I’ll continue to follow. Good program.
Not everything that triggers us represents something in us. For example, child abuse is going to trigger any normal person but that doesn't mean you embrace child abuse.
I hear you. It is hard work to get there. It's never the act that's embraced, it's the human. We are all one. To judge or harm another is the same as judging and harming ourselves, therefore we avoid those things through our expression of love.
Through years of journaling and help from another person, I was able to do a deep self analysis to clearly see my past thoughts, patterns and behaviors before I could truly know and love myself. In really seeing me, it just clicked one day. I was able to see everyone else as myself and have so much empathy for them. It's wild what spiritual experiences can do for us.
but what is it triggering in you exactly? like the initial reaction might be grief for the innocence of the child and anger for the perpetrator but what's behind it? do you grieve your own innocence? are you angry at yourself that you're not contributing to making the world a better place for all in the ways you believe you could?

I grew up within extreme neglect, abuse and betrayal by caregivers and on the same stick but otherside of it, I have learned how to be cherished (antonym to neglect), kindness (antonym to abuse) and truth/loyalty (antonym to betrayal). He's right, it's all the same but different degrees and I am grateful for my past as it gave me my blessings

I absolutely LOVE listening to y'all talk! I have to admit a lot of what y'all talk about is over my head. Some I kind of get in a way to where I think if I apply this to/with myself I can start to learn more & eventually understand fully the truth & value of it.
Then there's things y'all say that makes so much since that I ask myself why hasn't that occurred to me?
The more I listen to y'all , both individually & together I think I will eventually start to understand more of what you're saying.
Any knowledge I can pick up & learn from y'all is a treasure I can add to my limited brain & hopefully apply to my way of thinking & therefore growth.
You both have brilliant minds & the terminologies, concepts & theories you speak of is beyond my existing knowledge. I'm not on y'all's level & never will be. What we know, we learn through our lifetime. Some are born with the ability to grasp knowledge at an above average level, some genius, average, below avg,..... You get the point! I think that has a lot to do with genetics, but correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm at the average level & I'm 65 so I know there's no way to learn a tenth of what you two know with the remaining time I have left in this lifetime here on earth, but I've made a decision to try and better myself so my remaining time can be more fulfilling.
My way hasn't worked. I regret that I'm just now starting to learn why. I wish it would have come to me sooner.
The level of Spiritual growth is based on ones on knowledge & if you spend your whole life trying to grow, achieve, & obtain this based on the only way you knew because it's what you were taught you don't know any other way.
Even when you know it's not working for you, you don't know where to look or that there even is one.
Spirituality is to be obtained thru your belief system and for me it was a Christian based religion. That's all I ever knew to be "THE WAY" and I regret that at my age I didn't learn sooner.
I knew some of the teachings in the Bible were bullshit because I felt it deep in my soul. I couldn't debate it with those that were more knowledgeable about the Bible, as they quoted scripture to "PROVE" me wrong because I had nothing to offer up as proof.
I only had my gut feelings & common sense to go by.
Six months ago I ran across Alex's Nextlevelsoul podcast & saw one about a NDE'. I was fascinated with them from reading Bettie Eadie"s NDE' back in 1992. That book resonated with my soul & I wanted to learn more, but there wasn't anything more to be had at that time on NDE's. I looked for years & finally gave up. Then I found Alex's channel & then you two & more. Since then I've been spending so much time learning so much that I am neglecting other things I should be doing. I don't care tho. This is way more important & I've finally found THE thing I've been searching for.
I'm in the infancy stage of my learning so you can see now why some of the things you two & others say is over my head. I don't care tho, I'm still gonna listen & learn what I can & apply them to myself/life.
This has changed my whole outlook & I want to thank both of you for your knowledge & teachings (as I see it) for being a part of learning the REAL SPIRITUAL PATH and changing me in a way so I can become a better person.
THE GREAT AWAKENING will go down in history as the time when life on earth changed for thousands of years to come. Maybe more! ❤

Such a great interview. We do have so much power within. I only did mushrooms once and I was in my bedroom and took such a small measure, but I looked at my closet which was 1/3 open and I don’t know why, but I went to look at something in the closet and I walked right through the closet turned around, realize that and then came back, although I had never physically left the bed where I had been sitting. What I realize was that there is so much of our, mind that we can’t comprehend is available to us and it keeps us ignorant. It was around that time I started reading all kinds of books on various topics. I have always been curious about this spirituality of our nature and our relationship to God and the fact that we are God because he made us and we are just sort of all the collection of fractals.

I've been doing cold showers for 6 years.
Telling myself the water is warm doesn't work (especially in the cold winter when the water is colder).
What I did in the beginnig was that I told myself "Just accept it.", the cold I mean. I took deep, long breaths through the nose, and breathe out through the mouth, and I conditioned myself to relax (I used to tense up).
After I've been doing it for a long time, when I didn't want to take a cold shower I told myself that I already have done it so many times, I can do it now again easily, and it's just cold water, the cold is only a perception, it doesn't matter.
This was fascinating for me to see, when I saw Danny's aura around his head, while he was talking about his experience of his mom passing. When he was talking about the emotional aspects of it, I saw aqua cupping his head, on the right side of his head, and this was "crowned" with a pink orb. When he shifted into the more explanatory aspects of the experiences - what he learned - the aqua cupping shifted to the left side of his head, and there was no pink orb. I watched this shift back and forth a coupla times. Both colors are high end energetically, and full of love and compassion! Very cool!....💜

I am the Thrice Great Grandmother. There are so many beautiful teachers on this planet right now, and they are all following their own Truth. There is absolute Truth and there is Relative Truth. Numerology, Astrology, Quantum Physics, Tarot, Psychic mediumship, etc. are all relative to each individual's soul path. Fractalization is necessary for expansion, but there is a Way to connect the dots that will bring such a blinding Light to this planet that the Absolute Truth will no longer be denied.
