Actually he said zero crisp, refire till you get the perfect pie. He’s referring to them fixing or remaking pizzas that didn’t come out right.
Correction, He said "It is sorta Neapolitan? It FEELS crispier than a Neapolitan to be honest". Then, bites & contemplates the rating. But I have seen him contradict in some lol. He was just describing it before rating the bites. 😁

It’s easy to get hot spots on your oven floor or to lose control of your dome heat. It’s a delicate balance controlling the temp. If you need to refire one it’s possible you need to refire all.
All of the slices on that pizza and he picks up the slice with the biggest air bubble from hell.
Was in Mee Ha Ho but now back from Ma Ha Ha. He just doesn't get average coke. Sniffing his best life (pizza and blow pizza and blow) could be his Christmas song.
You should try the new Brunos location in College Park, Orlando. Get the 18inch one.

Awesome, Pizza Bruno on the map with a really solid 7.5. That’s a top 2 pizza place in Orlando. The other is Antica, but that’s authentic Neapolitan so not his cup of tea.
If you add Antonella's in Winter Park......for top three.....have to agree 💯
@@JohnstonPettigrew Agree, Antonella’s is also top tier. That and Valdiano were my go-tos when I lived in WP. Still make the trek from Altamonte for their specialty pizzas. Have you been to Nino’s on Edgewater in Orlando? Awesome NY style. Old school place. Nothing else with a similar flavor profile in Orlando.

Try Angelina’s Pizza in Deland if you have time, about 45 mins north of Orlando. It is definitely in the high 7’s maybe an 8.
Tried it for the first time tonight, I honestly could not believe you didn’t put it at least in the 8’s. If this is only a 7.5 holy shit I can’t imagine anything tasting much better. Piesanos is the closest I’ve had when it comes to the best in Florida.

Try Antica in Altamonte. It’s the best in Orlando if you like Neapolitan.
Piesanos might be the best you can get in Orlando, but honestly Bruno is right up there with it. I haven’t tried Antica yet but that’s my next.

I live in this neighborhood. I wasn't impressed with Pizza Bruno, as I went in expecting much due to the hype in town. A coupe blocks east is Broadway Pizza. He should have gone there instead.
Broadway ain't bad was my fav at one point, but Napoli Pizza next to Petland is my favorite followed by Bella Italia on Michigan.
@@CB5786 I found Napoli too chewy. Only been to Bella Italia once; it much not have left an impression.

As a New Yorker, I'm glad he went to Bruno's - in the right location on Curry Ford. This place is a good time. Important side note: order the grilled octopus. Probably one of the best pizza places in Orlando.

This is one of the few places he's reviewed that I've been to. He's exactly right that's it's tasty but not very filling. I could eat 2 of their pizzas. It's also pretty pricy. Probably because they throw out so many 😂

If you’re going to try florida pizza you have to try Genna Pizza Company in Melbourne, Florida. The coal fired pizza there can’t be beat in this state
