      1) Sylas, Jami, and Harvey ponder that two or three people were murdered in their sleep. Actually, it appears that only one person, Maddie, was asleep, and all three of the other victims were murdered while awake. Kaylee's parents have stated in interviews that they were told Kaylee had several defensive wounds.
      2) Harvey mentioned Kohberger's cell phone pings in the area, several times before the date of the murders and repeated the common theory that Kohberger was checking out the area. However, this is just speculation and some people following the case disagree with it; they've instead proposed that Kohberger's previous visits to the area were not to "scope the area out" but to actually commit the murder, and then backing down and driving back home.
      3) Harvey says that Kohberger walked into the house "knowing there were 6 people in there". Actually, we don't know if he knew how many people were in the house, and the prevailing theory is that he didn't expect that many people. (Ninette touches on that, to her credit).

When the prosecution says there is no evidence that he was stalking anyone, they mean they can't prove it. It doesn't matter what you know, it matters what you can prove. They can prove that he was at the scene because his DNA was on a knife sheath that likely contained the murder weapon. No amount of Ann Taylor's gaslighting is going to alter the fact that DNA doesn't lie. Period. But without physical evidence, such as a prior police report or corroborating witnesses, the prosecution can't say that he was stalking anyone. However, he had to have been keeping tabs on someone in that house.

Secondly she went back to bed, only to call friends to come over to check on her roommates! It's as if she knew the person, that's why she didn't react. What was said in the hearing to the defense witness expert by Bill Thompson was “I think we’re both aware he was not stalking them” and “I think we can all agree that the PCA is irrelevant” all said during the cross from Bill. So, whether the definition of stalking is actually defined by not knowing your being stalked or not… which in fact most people are not aware they’re being stalked until a confrontation of sorts happens… it didn’t apply to the context of questioning. Because the witness was the expert who was doing the survey questions where he asked specifically to people if they had hear BK was stalking the victims. Which is where BT stated there was no actual stalking. While I see the narrow craggy jagged slope this ledge is, I’m not taking that path. And I’m not buying what the prosecutor is selling….

Then I watched the trial and I felt the person was not guilty and the person was found not guilty. That is when I, just couldn’t stand listening to Nancy Grace because she is such a know it all without really having all the facts in her hand.

This video is full of incorrect information:
-The people in the house were not asleep. This has been proven by the PCA in which the surviving roommates stated she heard Maddie & Kaylee talking and playing with the dog and she heard talking from Xana's room. The PCA also stated that Xana was on TikTok at 4:12 am. The white elantra is seen speeding away at 4:26 am. There is no way the surviving roommates didn't hear what happened. In fact, that is why it is stated in the PCA that DM opened her door three times to see what was going on. She saw the killer, in a mask, clear enough to see his eyebrows. There is no way she didn't see the trail of blood. Yet, she didn't call 911 and texted her friends instead. How did she know the killer wouldn't come back for her? That alone was reason enough to call 911. Its like she knew she didn't have anything to worry about. And then, even after seeing the blood and dead bodies, she called her friends over instead of police, allowing the crime scene to be contaminated. There is no way to determine who and what came in and out of the house that morning. And then when the defense subpoenaed her to testify at the preliminary hearing, she hired an attorney to fight the subpoena. If she cared at all about her friends that were killed, she would happily do whatever it took to make sure their killer was brought to justice. With friends like DM, who needs enemies?
-No evidence that BK followed the victims on social media or that he had any connection to them whatsoever. This was even stated in Court.
-Kaylee had already moved out of the house and was only visiting to show them her new car so, she couldn't have been the target.
-Law enforcement found no DNA whatsoever in BKs car, apartment, office at WSU or at his parent's house in PA...impossible if he committed the crimes. In fact, if you watch the body cam footage from when he was pulled over driving to PA, you can clearly see his car was absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned at all in quite sometime.
-The coroner stated it was the bloodiest crime scene she'd experienced in her entire career. Blood was dripping down the exterior of the house. Yet, there were no bloody footprints leading outside in the snow...impossible. Law enforcement is basically claiming these 4 people were killed in less than 15 minutes. Its not like the killer would've had time to change clothes and clean up, especially with 2 people still alive in the house.
-No one would walk into a huge, 6 bedroom home to kill people with a knife, much less walk in with the knife still in the sheath. A killer wouldn't have even brought the sheath in. The residents of the home could've had guns, anything. A killer would value their own life first and would not walk into a huge, multilevel home with a single knife.
-No evidence that BK broke into a neighbors apartment.
-Cell tower pings in rural areas do not accurately determine location. BKs attorney stated in Court that they have the actual GPS data from BKs phone which will show he was not in the area the night of the murders. Why didn't law enforcement obtain actual GPS data instead of unreliable cell tower pings?
-The DNA of two other unidentified males was found in the home but law enforcement will not release their identities.
-Maddies step-mom and Xanas mom were both arrested on serious drug charges a couple months before the murders. Idaho/Washington are huge drug hubs because its home to a branch of the aryan brotherhood gang, called the aryan knights. They make a lot of money selling drugs to the college students at U of I and WSU. Well, in the two weeks before the murders, Maddies stepmom and Xanas mom snitched on the gang and took plea deals. All of this information is 100% verifiable online. I'm happy to post links for anyone that is interested. The favorite number of the aryan brotherhood is 13. The favorite number of the aryan knights is 11. They get it tattooed on them as gang identifiers. The murders occurred on 11/13. So here you have 2 victims, Xana & Maddie, the only 2 out of the 4 that were actually supposed to be there that night, and they both have parents that snitched on aryan knight members and took plea deals, just a week or two before the murders occurred......And Xanas dad came over the weekend before the murders to change the locks on her apartment door...too much to be coincidence.

Unless they lift the gag order, the majority of what we're hearing about the case is speculation. We'll know a lot more in 11 months if/when the trial begins. The Dec 2022 4Chan posts are compelling and very detailed, but unsubstantiated. The Kopacka theory doesn't seem to make sense. If Kopacka was the culprit, it would have been much easier to place the blame on him rather than Bryan - no trial needed that way. The frat theory is unlikely, the two remaining Chapin siblings would have heard about it, Hunter Chapin is Sigma Chi. Stabbing 4 people in a short period of time is possible - Elliot Roger stabbed 3 roommates, changed his clothes and went on his shooting spree in the course of 30 minutes.
The big questions about the case are: How is it possible Kohberger left the house without leaving a trial of blood either outside or in his car? He should have looked like Carrie at the prom by the time he was done. You can't just wear a jumpsuit, remove it and stick it into a bag in the back of your car without depositing trace amounts of DNA. You can't scrub a car clean of DNA, there are always traces and LE has the latest technology to draw samples from any location. Why did DM take 8 hours to call anyone, especially since she and Bethany were texting each other before and after the slayings? Did she really stay in her room for that long without going to the bathroom? Why did she call Hunter J in the morning rather than 911?

I believe this was all drug related. Don’t forget Dylan’s boyfriend Wuinn was pushing drugs thru the house and Maddie had thrown out a large amount of drugs. Finally don’t forget when Maddie and Kaylee were walking to the grub truck with Jack S.and Jack said to the girls THEY ARE GOING TO GET YOU GIRLS. Last remember the coroner stated there were stab plus slash wounds on the four. I believe that means there are more than one murder weapon! I believe there was more than one killer and I believe the two girls Dylan and Bethany know more than you think.

So much misinformation here... where do I begin???
Ethan was not found in the doorway. Xana was seen on the floor as LE approached her room. Ethan was either on the floor, unseen, or in the bed.
Kaylee did not work at The Mad Greek, Maddie & Xana did.
He went to Maddie's room, Kaylee was just bad luck, had fallen asleep there after alcohol and pasta. Kaylee had already moved out and had taken a marketing job in Texas.
Dylan didn't walk out into the hallway the 3rd time when BK was passing her room, she peeked out. If he would have seen her, she would be dead.
BK dropped the sheath on the 3rd floor in Maddie's bed, had nothing to do with attacking two additional people... probably fighting with an awakening Kaylee.
He wasn't "stalking" (per the Prosecution), he was "surveilling", words matter. Stalking includes either threats, or unwanted advances multiple times. They didn't know who he was.
The phone is more circumstantial evidence, the DNA on the button of the snap on the sheath nailed him.
A huge thing not mentioned here... Kohberger's PhD stint was ending per email FOIA requests. WSU had him on a "plan" because of his behavior, and they were notifying him that he was failing that plan leading up to and at the time of the murders, specifically because of repeated arguments with a professor and grading issues. He had emotional issues that he wrote about in H.S. He talk more recently about visual white outs of sorts. The PhD was a chance to show the bullies, the females who rejected him, and everyone else that he was worthy, that he was smarter than they were. All this was collapsing. Add on if he tried to contact Maddie in person or via social and was rejected... he snapped.
Google "kohberger bundy", and look at the side by side black and white photo... see the smirk? It's so eerie, it reeks guilt.
    Harvey is obsessed? Please!! 🤣

True! Maddie and Xana's moms are informants, they made a deal with the FEDs to snitch on drug running in the area via the Aryan brotherhood (AB) . The fact the victims were killed with a knife sent a message to others not keep their mouths shut, using a knife is an MO of the AB.. AB in the area were busted a few months later, which is why the prosecution is refusing to hand over evidence in this case. I also think Brent Kolpackr was involved and had links to Brian Kohberger. I believe Kohberger is on the Autistic Spectrum and fell back into taking drugs when he went to WSU to help him cope with his social anxiety and having no support system around him and he met Brent Kolpakar in his his home state or while in WSU area and that is how his DNA got on the snap button of the knife sheath. As for the other 2 housemates not being murdered well Dylan Mortensen's family has connections either to the AB or LE or the DA. I also think LE used Kaylee as an informant and Dylan Mortensen lured Kaylee back to the area, Kaylee had already left WSU. The case stink to high heaven and BK was the perfect patsy.

Like the people who came out and said he had to be the smartest guy in the room. It makes no sense if you think about it. The only half way decent evidence they have is touch dna, as far as the public knows( thanks to gag order) which can be unreliable and not useable in some other countries and even our military.

  • @SiriusBlack78
    @SiriusBlack78 3 месяца назад +3

BK had the element of surprise and was able to use it effectively. You are assuming that the victims were screaming for their lives. I believe that he incapacitated them making them unable to scream. Ethan was more than likely sleeping and Xana was too frightened to even scream. DM saw him but I don’t believe he saw her, or he was too spent to continue with his spree. He has a history of having behavioral problems with women, this crime is reflective of this. He most definitely could have committed this crime by himself. Multiple people have confirmed that he needed to be the smartest guy in the room. He separated his trash from his family and put it in the neighbors bin. He avoided discussing the crime in class with his students and his behavior completely changed after the murders. The list just goes on and on. The totality of evidence has not been revealed yet and I believe that the state has much more that we don’t know about. Then you have the touch DNA on the knife sheath, Single source DNA at that. The receipt for the Dickies and rumor of a purchased KBar knife. No one can say he is absolutely guilty but it’s not like they just put this guy in jail for no reason. Justice must come for these beautiful souls Kaylee💛Maddie 🩷Xana💜Ethan💙

You repeat almost every unconfirmed rumor, treat it as a fact, and create your own little horror story.
      1. You don't know what DM or BF actually saw or heard.
      2. You don't know the victims' injuries or their capabilities.
      3. There's no confirmed information about behavioral issues towards women.
      4. There's no confirmation that he "had to be the smartest guy in every room." Even if some people claim this, it's subjective. Everyone had a classmate who participated and knew a lot; it can be annoying if it wasn't you.
      5. It is unclear what he did in his parents' kitchen or how he sorted the trash. It's not unusual to use a neighbor's trash can with permission when yours is full.
      6. There's no confirmed information that he avoided discussing the case with students.
      7. There's no indication that the prosecutor can even prove the claims made in the PCA. It's unclear how anyone can conclude he will find these proofs by the September deadline and present additional evidence. That is wishful thinking and delusional. Have you watched the last three hearings?
      8. It's not confirmed that he bought a knife or coverall.
      9. Unfortunately, one can end up in jail quickly, especially when the public cheers unlawful and abusive behavior instead of holding the prosecution accountable.
      10. Those who want justice for the victims hold the prosecution to the highest standard. Why believe a prosecutor lying for over 1.5 years (e.g., about evidence that suddenly appears the day before the hearing) lacks transparency and has gone from highly arrogant and loud to a silent, purple-faced mess? Why accept the waste of taxpayer money by the prosecution deliberately withholding evidence, risking its exclusion from the trial?

BK was a wrestler in high school, he took martial arts training, he was a boxer, and he was a runner. (According to an acquaintance that occasionally ran with BK, BK regularly ran 7 miles at a time).
BK was proficient with knives - he once had a job filleting fish.
BK intensely studied serial killers like BTK and Ted Bundy, so he would know the fastest, stealthiest & most lethal ways to enter a residence and take a victim’s life. He even used a phrase similar to one used by Bundy with his victims, “I’m here to help you”.
BK was COMPLETELY capable of committing these 4 crimes alone, in a very short length of time.
I believe BK had one target in mind, and the others were collateral damage - he had no idea there were 6 people in the house.
He had no idea which cars outside belonged to which people in the house (unless he had followed them, spied on them or learned about their cars through social media).
BK had one target in mind - he did not plan to kill multiple people that night.
He did not expect to find 2 people in 1 bed. The confusion and struggle probably caused him to drop the knife sheath and he didn’t realize he dropped it until later that morning (possibly why he returned to the scene at 9 AM, thinking it might be outside on the ground, dropped as he fled the scene).
He did not expect a dog in the house - let alone a barking dog.
He was not aware there was another full-grown adult male in the house (Ethan), or an awake roommate (Xana).
In his exhaustion after struggling with & offing 4 people, I don’t believe he even saw DM.
There is a plethora of cellular, surveillance, online and forensic data the FBI collected & owns, from up to 4 different states (Idaho, Washington, Colorado, and Pennsylvania). The FBI will release when they are ready - after it has been analyzed, thoroughly reviewed, drawn up into a summary and report, graphics made, and after it receives final approval from supervisors.
    Wait & see…

Even Dexter couldn’t have pulled this off in LE’s 9 minute timeframe and leaving zero evidence on his way out. Make it make sense!!!

That was & is the plan, the more bizarre a case becomes the more likely nothing will ever make sense,LE is corrupt to began with ,so your never going to get answeres on what really happened! This was done to cause fear & confusion ,that's clearly wat it has done !

Why are you still saying he was there 12 times when the state has said he was not stalking them. Go thru PCA and cross off all that does not apply now. There’s no case.
