Raisi was a reasonable man...he could be reasoned with...he wasn't impulsive, emotional, or hot-headed...he was a thinker. I was impressed with him as a leader when he didn't allow the Israeli bombing to make him attack Israel...as far as World security is concerned this is devastating.
