- How to make a sandwich in 10 minutes using the basic ingredients at home is easy. Onion, tomato, cucumber & roasted papad along with bread slice is all you need. Make this veg special treat for kids for snacks as breakfast or all day. With Diwali coming this is an easy recipe to prepare at home on tawa without an oven or without a toaster.

Ingredients:
Bread slices - 4 no
Butter - 2tbsp
Papad - 2nos
Filling:
Onion chopped - ¼ cup
Tomato chopped - ¼ cup
Cucumber chopped - ¼ cup
Coriander chopped - a handful
Green chilli chopped - 1tsp
Chaat masala - 1tsp
Salt
Lemon juice - 1tbsp
Cheese slice - 2nos
Extra shots:
~Spicy Bruschetta using leftover sandwich filling~
French bread slice - 4nos
Olive oil - 2tbsp
Leftover mixture - ½ cup
Bhujia - handful

Tips very useful. I learnt something today.
1. Not scooping veg from bottom of bowl.
2. Using roasted papad.
3. Not over- filling.
4.. Cutting the ready sandwich from center.
5. Adding chat masala.
6. Very finely chopped veg.
