Great interview and good guy there. He has everything in the states regarding weather and money it seems. I would have been interested in his history with wives, etc. I’m surprised there was no mention of going there for the women, which is a big driver for myself and others

So great to see my friend Keith and be able to follow his return to the Philippines! It motivates me to plan and get there to enjoy the country, the people & culture. Thank you!

Great video. The closest place to go to for medical care is Guam at only 1600 miles instead of 5400 miles to Hawaii

    Awesome video Mark, as always,❤
I am retired living in Thailand for 2 years and I'm really eager to get to know Philippines soon.
Keith mentioned he always flies on a one-way ticket to Philippines and as far as I know they don't allow people in without a departure ticket on their itinerary.,is thar right?
By the way I'm multilingual and I have worked on some of the cruise ships, guest services, you might have been my boss in some of them.😂😂

Keith, you have a positive attitude about different cultures (i.e., the Philippines). I'm glad you like the Philippines and adjusting very well. By the way, it's freezing cold here in the Midwest and other parts of the US, I'm jealous you are enjoying the warm weather there. God bless you on your new adventures. Thanks, Mark for featuring him.

$1500-$1800/mo is cheap, but that is Florida. Beach front at Laguna, Newport or Huntington Beach in California will be triple that price or more

Guam is closest to Manila at 3.5 hour flight vs Honolulu at 10 hours. FYI.
