She has one of the most active lifestyle and workout out of all the members. If you check her body she's more toned than the other members. She already said that the way she loses weight easily is through boxing workout. She even got to advertise professional boxing gloves a few months ago. Also when she does mukbangs it's not as extreme as other mukbangers out there. And I highly doubt she does mukbangs every day. It's most likely on her free times only.
Wtf...this girl was always skinny from her "hEaViEsT wEiGhT" to her lowest. She was never even the slightest bit of chubby to begin with. South Korean beauty standards are dangerous.
Oof. The first interview around 1:09 when they asked about diet, etc. One of the members actually left this group due to anorexia and her face when they bring up dieting is so sad to see.
I’m one to definitely tell if someone is fat or what I perceive to be fat, this girl is not even 000.1% over weight like how did her fans get that she’s needs to loose weight????
Funny that "anorexia" is censored when this is a channel dedicated to celebrity weight loss and weight gain. Anyone so easily triggered shouldn't be watching this in the first place.
I think it might have to do with the demonetization of the video more than triggering people. Even channels like ObeseToBeast try to stay away from saying things like “anorexia” in fear of being demonetized
Because the internet censors education videos about eating disorders, drug recovery or sex-ed stuff. It can be taken down or shadow banned. It's ridiculous af, hashtags like "skinny" are banned on IG but hastag "Fat" is ok lmao
I love her but they really need to learn theres actually way more healthier ways to lose weight and not starve yourself, its obvious she's gonna gain all the weight back once she starts eating more again, these crash diets are so unhealthy and especially as idols I dont understand why they're not seeking professional dieticians and health trainers bc they need so much energy to be on stage all the time during promotions but theres no way to get all that by eating so little and taking all those pills isnt healthy either. I really hope she found a healthier way this time to maintain her weight. Also I'll never understand why its such a big thing to talk about your diets so much on shows or in interviews, this part of idol culture is so toxic
What kind of diet is this? Is an apple a piece of chicken? This shouldn't be considered a diet, it's very dangerous. Companies have to change urgently, invest in physical training for their artists and consultations with nutritionists with correct diets! How do they accept that an idol, with their busy routine, has minimal meals like that? It's not healthy, it's not safe
I don’t really like her after stereotyping Mexicans but this is really bad no one should be on a diet constantly. And her being happy promoting this kind of diet when a lot of younger kid’s watching is really sad
Crash dieting is ok if it's a deliberate choice that is used for comebacks. Once the promotional period ends, they can just go back to normal. I mean every entertainer does this, look at actors and actresses who gain and lose weight like crazy for certain roles. The problem is when your mind starts changing and you start being convinced that the comeback diet should be your regular routine. As long as you're in control of what you wanna do, as long as you can consistently and reliably control your food intake, you'll be fine.
Whether your intentions were good or not, making videos that focus on other people’s bodies is harmful and extremely disrespectful. It’s not your place or anyone else’s to dissect her weight gain or weight loss. Shame on you.
I find this attitude funny considering no one has a problem with tea channels covering and getting into every tiny behavior/ actions of influencers. I think this idea people have that body/ weight/ diet discussions should be censored more toxic. Especially when all this information Seunghee put out to the world herself. She's not getting exposed lol
@@shanlieart I disagree but it’s all good. I think pointing a focus on people’s weight in general is inappropriate because it’s no one’s business but theirs.
@@emira9135 I do agree that talking about celebs weight that have never made their career about diet is simply rude and unnecessary. Can you make a video of Changkyun member of Monsta X? Because he has a very strict diet.
ITZY Chaeryeong pls
could you do yooa?
Please update ryujin if you can! She’s lost so much weight…
honestly so far Im already expecting a toxic environment behind super skinny idols :'(
It seems like a fake world. For each Comeback: diet. then be able to eat again, then diet ... honestly the industry invented yoyo
Late but here love it
Ur Blackpink Lisa video isn’t available anymore 😞 i hope you can reupload
Yesss. More omg video😭 actually I really didnt see any difference in their weight. Maybe they lose baby fat weight because they were still babies at that time.
or sim seungeun from bvndit?
or itYs ryujin?
I think I'm blind lol, I never noticed any of the idols you covered gaining or loosing weight
cutieee
You should do Lisa, she’s getting a lot of praise/backlash for gaining weight
make a video about jeongyeon from twice
Can you please do a video on Mimi? I can't figure out how she eats like she does in her mukbang vlogs but is sooo skinny. I mean, I can guess, but I would love to know what you think!
I don't like it when people loose weight then they imidiently point out how prettier theyv'e gotten
‘Half a pear’
Where is the logic
Wtf...this girl was always skinny from her "hEaViEsT wEiGhT" to her lowest. She was never even the slightest bit of chubby to begin with. South Korean beauty standards are dangerous.
ruying weight loss for this era (LOCO) she look skinny than wannabe era. i wanna know her diet
I wish you would do wonyoung
Oh my god
Can you do weight loss of either black pink Jennie or twice jihyo from their debut to 2021
Kpop idols need to learn the meaning of volume eating and sea moss
Oof. The first interview around 1:09 when they asked about diet, etc. One of the members actually left this group due to anorexia and her face when they bring up dieting is so sad to see.
Pls do txt yeonjun next
Do lalisa
40 pills. holy fckkkkkk. her liver would hella struggle if she keeps that going.
The way her and arin in debut era would consider quite skinny in nowaday kpop like that is not close to chubby at all
I know it doesnt have anything with the video to do but am i the only one you finds that lalisa look thinner then ever?
half a pear lol... no entire fruit ever made anyone fat...
My fav racist
But with idols or bodybuilders of fitness gurus who talk about their diets every year like seunghee and promote these terrible diets we should talk about it. it's just not ok. Like people selling laxative teas and fake weight loss programs should be called out.
She is beautiful regardless! Even moreso these days with her natural brown hair. Leave the bleach alone! Let your hair heal! Lol! We love our vocal queen Seunghee, Miracle cherishes you so dearly... Let's not gossip about idols bodies or dieting so much, but let us discuss their talents instead. Like the fact Seunghee is one of the best girl group vocalist out there today in kpop...! Her and Hyojung have main vocals that makes Oh My Girl so iconic and memorable 😍
Can you do chaeryeong from itzy!! 💓💓
