Hi, I have your H9 (version 2) and this bar, the H21. There is a lot of play and movement around the stem when fitting this bar to a bike steer tube and it requires a lot of tightening. The H9 version 2 fits very tightly to the steer tube. Is it ok to have play / movement around the stem when fitting to a steer tube or should it fit tightly? Thank you...
