This explains my symptoms. I had an IUD removed Aug 2023, its Jan 2025 and I have been struggling with high androgens. It was irritability, irregular periods (went from 6 to 3 days), cystic acne. At first I thought it was low testosterone, I went got my hormones check and it was low, however after the first treatment, I still had the symptoms, constant acne, issues with blood sugar and I eat healthy and workout, and irregular cycles, belly fat, oily skin. I got my hormones checked again in Nov 2024 and it showed I had high blood sugar, higher than normal Testosterone, lower than normal estrogen. When you said inositol lowers androgens and regulates blood sugar I knew that's what i need. I work hard to manage my stress (been dealing with unemployment and financial and family issues) and Im going to supplement with this.
Very helpful and answers my questions that I had for many years. At 79 years old, I took birth control pills to regulate my period as a teenager. Always suffered with minstrel cramps. At 24 first child, had no breast milk. Many thanks..very valuable information!😊
