On November 19th, 2023 First Lady Rosalynn Carter died at the age of 96. She went from poor southern seamstress who couldn’t afford to go to college, to one of the most politically active first ladies in US history. She was an outspoken advocate for womens’ rights and mental health. After the white house, she and Jimmy helped to forge what sadly turned out to be a temporary peace between Israel and Palestine. They spent their golden years helping others through their foundation and habitat for humanity. Let’s meet Rosalynn Carter.

For almost my entire life, the Carters have been a former President and First Lady who were out there negotiating peace deals, doing humanitarian work, and overall being wonderful people. Losing Rosalynn feels like losing a part of my own history. Rest in peace, Mrs. Carter - you have earned it.

You seem adamant to be trolling everyone's comments and from a non-American's perspective who's pretty anti-American ideologically - he seems the most benevolent of a bad bunch.
Meanwhile she seems to be genuinely humanitarian and philanthropic...an old lady who died of a cruel, enduring disease.
So pray do tell or have some fucking respect

Have you no sense of decency or moral comportment? A fine woman, admired by millions all over the world and who devoted her herself to making lives better for those less fortunate, has passed away. What do you hope to gain by making nasty comments about someone who made a positive impact on the Earth? If you think it makes you appear smart, witty or superior, you're sadly mistaken.
Please, regale us on what YOU have done with your life of equal or greater value.

Most remarkably, Rosalynn was delivered by Lilian Carter, Jimmy's mother, who was a nurse. Jimmy was a toddler brought to see the baby. They were neighbors who knew each other all their lives.

extended family members and close friends. Rosalynn Carter was an inspiration to women everywhere.
We all remember her daughter, Amy, going to school in Washington, D.C. at a public (i.e. a taxpayer-supported
institution open for all) school. Rosalyn and/or Jimmy walked her back and forth to school frequently. (That is
