I volunteered for *Habitat for Humanity* and in the years since attribute that early start to my dedication to philanthropy. President and Mrs Carter were the epitome of altruism and have lived wonderful lives. The world is blessed when people like the Carters walk amongst us.

When she was advocating for mental health, the state institutions were deinstitutionalizing thousands of patients who ultimately were released into society with little support resulting in a large increase of homeless. They both were dedicated civil servants and true patriots! ❤️🇺🇸
