He is a rubber stamp Senate President. He doesn't have the knowledge of the independent Senate and separation of powers in democracy hence he can't function well because the election that brought him to office as Senate president was corrupted by the "untrusted" and "selected" president whose "winning" was not by Constitution but by selection, fraud and corruption as president of banana republic.
