    We have the same Weber... what a tank of a workhorse of a monster they are. Rock solid and still does a great job, after all the abuse they take. We were just thinking of doing this very same thing, as we're in a similar situation... a few too many years and haven't really done much to cover, clean or protect it. This is a great instructional! Thank you!

      They are definitely tanks! Thanks for checking it out. It's the first of more to come on the Weber, but check out some of the other videos on my offset and pellet grill. New vids are on Sun am. Until then!! ✌🏿👊🏿💯💯

    I've had my 22 for about three years now and have learned and loved every minute with it. Was looking at it the next morning after a cook and thought about it needed cleaning. A little Providence led me to your video. Thanks much. Cookin' in Carolina.

    Every backyard kitchen needs a lightweight grill and it's hard to beat a Weber.

    I get asked by a lot of people what I'd recommend for someone just starting into backyard BBQ. I always recommend a plain old Weber kettle. For the price it's an exceptional value, can do everything any of the more expensive smokers and grills do, and because it's a more convective environment it produces BBQ that is the closest to an off-set. If I was sent to Exile Island, I'm taking a Weber kettle.

    • @KillerMillerQue
      @KillerMillerQue  Год назад

      Agreed... The weber is tried and true, and you can essentially do anything on it.💯 Mine is a little small so that's the only thing that limits me from doing a lot more.. but where there's a will there's a way!

    Hello "Killer Miller Que". It's The Wolf Cook; First time to your Channel but I'm going to subscribe. I like your Channel and I like your video on maintaining your Weber Kettle Grill, very informative. On all my Charcoal Grills, I Line the Inside with Aluminum Foil Before Cooking. I also double Layer the Aluminum foil on the Grate that holds the Charcoal. It preserves the Ashes from ruining the inside of the grill while the Charcoal or Hot or Get Wet. The Next Day or the next time you cook, you just remove the Aluminum foil with all the Ashes by folding it up and Replace with New Aluminum Foil. It's a Simple Cleanup. 🙏🏽👌🏽👍🏽🤛🏽

      Wolf Cook, thx for coming by and checking me out and subscribing 👍🏿👊🏿💯💯 I appreciate that tip too, I love easy cleanups and those little things can help you extend the life of your pit. I have quite a few grills so I mix up my cooks to use them all, but I've been passed due to bringing out the ole kettle. Check out some of the other cooks and lmk what you think.. I drop a new one ever Sunday. Catch you in a couple days! ✌🏿👊🏿💯💯

      You're depriving your fuel of oxygen using tin foil on the fire grate. Charcoal will not harm the bottom of your Weber, they are made for this, and porcelain coated.

    shouldn't you use plastic scrub?

    • @KillerMillerQue
      @KillerMillerQue  Год назад

      If I wanted to scrub down the outside of it, I would definitely recommend be gentle and using a plastic scrubber if you must. I only used my microfiber towel on the outside.. (even a plastic scrubber can scrape up your paint job) the wire brush in the inside made short work of all that caked on debri. Thx for watching!🍻
