Hey Everyone! Hope you enjoy part 2 of battle of the mousses. I changed up my technique for applying the mousses and I think the results are a lot better!

I have, unfortunately the Camille Rose wasn’t a strong enough hold and my style didn’t last.
The Doux had my curls very defined day and looking great day one, but day two not so good. My hair was frizzy, looked and felt very dry. I contacted the company for advice on a nighttime routine and 2nd day refresher, but sadly I never received an answer. If you can give any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

I just re-watched your video and maybe the trick is diffusing or hood drying instead of air drying???

Definitely try diffusing or using a hooded dryer!

​@@kimj6193 i use the doux and using heat definitely makes a difference. Air drying gives me a 2-3 day hold vs diffusing/hood drying gives me a 7+ day hold if needed. my nighttime routine is a pineapple in a satin scrunchie w/ a scarf. and i use the refresher closer to wash day, in the morning by spraying into my hand and applying to frizzier curls and edges. hopefully this helps!

Yes! I’ve been meaning to try the Brazilian curly cocktail mousse. I will def do that soon! & no I haven’t I will add it to the lineup!

Thank you!! I honestly can’t remember, they were both really good 😭 I think I liked the Doux just a little bit more but the Camille rose is definitely up there
