    Andy Reid is one of those rare guys who just wants to coach and think of new ways to run the offense. He is not interested in more power, being a GM, or getting an oversized ego. Winning has not changed him but rather has made him more creative and more humble. I love Andy Reid not only as a football coach but as a man and how he interacts with other people.

    • @michaelfetter4541
      @michaelfetter4541 9 месяцев назад +8

      He tried the coach/gm dual role in Philly. If I remember correctly he said it was too much on his plate. He loves the Xs and Os.

    • @johnbox271
      @johnbox271 9 месяцев назад +2

      "...He is not interested in more power..."
      June 6, 2017 - Andy Reid addresses Jeremy Maclin's release.
      June 15, 2017 - Jeremy Maclin revealed he was release via a voicemail message from Chiefs general manager John Dorsey.
      June 29, 2017 - John Dorsey was fired in part because of concerns about his management and communication style.
      🤔 Probably just me, but I don't think Coach Reid seeks more power, because when he needs to weld it, it's is there.

      The Chiefs seem to recruit players for character as well as skill. The anomaly was Tyreek Hill - who, let's face it, remains a complete tool - and Kadarius Toney. Remember that the only reason the Steelers didn't 3 peat was because harris and blier got hurt in the playoffs that team was better than the one that won remember that defense that year

    I like Andy. Nice man. Humble man. But what was his track record before Patrick Mahomes? Would he have any Superbowl wins without Patrick Mahomes? Probably not. Same thing with Bill and Tom Brady. Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes are the main reason for all those Superbowl wins, not the coaches. I'm just saying. 🤷

      Andy atleast went to the playoffs and had a winning culture. The patriots are absolutely rock bottom before Bill left

      There may not have been SBs before Mahomes, but the Eagles and Chiefs still did well, with playoff appearances etc. That's way better than Belichick's record before or after Brady.

    Oh yes, good job Andy Reid. Now you are TIED with Joe Gibbs and Bill Wash. But your still 1 away from Chuck Noll and have only half as many SB wins as Bill Bellicheck. So....
