Cheap Weight Loss Wonders: Making Sunroof Delete Panel From Aluminum Sheet DIY!

Removing sunroof is very easy and takes a few minutes. We made aluminium sunroof delete panel from 0.6 mm alu sheet, and its very cheap and easy to do. Custom fabrication of an aluminum sunroof delete, block off, cap... Car is now 6kg lighter from highest point. Also we paint it in kawasaki green so it look like nothing was there :D

Was it an original sunroof or did you put that in? If so what kind of sunroof was it?

Its not original, put that in back in the 90', dont know what kind is it.
