My grandfather passed December 2021. I gave birth to my son January 2022. Depression from grief piled on top of postpartum depression hit me like a freight train. I’ve been hiding my depression every since. But today I woke and said no more…time to heal 🙏🏾
I had depression for a long time too. It will get better, just keep on doing inner work. And there is nothing wrong with feeling depressed, with all we had to go trough. ❤

When they manage to return to the airport again and return to their families where it all started , but it makes me sad to think that after everything they experienced and everything they went through together, when they return some of them don't even remember it, and it is sad to know that some do not remember anything and others that they did not even know each other after all, it makes me sad to think about all that and that not even Grace knows anything, the desire they would have to tell everything to their families And to know that despite everything they would not believe them and that it is all a lie, it would kill me to know that all that happened to me and that no one believes me knowing that you were also there like Grace, anxiety would kill me, It is a lack of control of feelings that this series makes me feel.I wish it had another ending 😢. I hope that despite everything, the passengers of 282 keep in touch with each other, because it is very sad to know that after everything When returning to the past they don't even talk to each other .It's a great series, and the script twists it has, the background music, the calls, the character twists are crazy and above all, It's what it makes you feel. They should never have canceled it.❤😢
