Thank you so much, your voice is very calming, this has been the most difficult thing I've had to go through . One minute at a time. My thoughts are with anyone else going through this, I completely understand how difficult it is. Keep moving forward and stay strong 💪
Aloha Katie! Thank you for your lovely comment. It is so important that people not feel alone when struggling with the distress of chronic anxiety! You may have been a salve for another's soul today with your comment! Mahalo! I hope you will keep listening and being a part of the ACP listening family 🩷
Yes! The stomach area can hold a lot of tension. We may not even notice until we consciously begin to "relax" everything. Thanks so much for listening 🌺
one step forward two steps back when it seems to come to my recovery. things got so bad thinking about where i am in life thanks to this it led to me developing ocd which is another fucking issue i have to deal with (pardon the french). 2022 was going really good recovery wise but i wasn’t embracing panic, i was just taming it enough to move forward, but when i had a panic attack i’d run.
I hear you! It can be disheartening to have those two steps back, but healing is rarely like the upward linear arrow we would like it to be. I hope you will keep putting one foot in front of the other. From my experience, you are probably gaining more ground than you think! 👍🏻☺🌺
@@anxietycoachespodcast yeah deadset. been using cold showers also to float i guess too. i’ll get under the water and accept any feelings or panic, and if i stay under that water long enough (usually like 2 minutes) that panic dissipates - if i have any type of resistance it’s almost impossible to stay under. i’m also about to use this channel too for my recovery. it’s about time i prioritise this in front of 99% of things in my life lol
Fear of the physical symptoms is what I struggle with. Curbing 2nd fear is crucial.

The second fear has kept me anxious for 5 months with awful symptoms 24/7 dizziness, head and ear pressure 😢
The good news is the second fear is where you can make changes! Keep working on it 🩷
Love this thank you for explaining how to float
Thanks so much for watching and commenting! I hope you'll listen in again! 🩷
I am so glad! I stumbled into this video.

Let us know how you are doing with your floating practice!
I will try. Thanks
Is this for depression also
So many times anxiety and depression are intertwined. Calming our nervous system is a great help for both! I hope you will keep listening 🌺
