My first memory was in kindergarten. My teacher kept a 1 gallon ice cream bucket of used and abused crayons in the back of the classroom. Most had lost their paper sleeves and/or were broken in half. One of the girls in my class went to get a few crayons... she was so gentle about it. The sounds of the wax lightly clicking together, the soft rustle of worn out paper sleeves brushing together as she gently raked through the bucket. She’d grab a handful and let the ones she didn’t want fall through her fingers back into the bucket... then I started “noticing” how gently my teacher passed out papers placing one on everyone’s desk...and so began the big mystery of why I couldn’t pay attention in class and was so easily distracted. 😝

@@amethyste684Within a capitalist system, literally anyone who has a business is out to get you. I'm glad you found it useful, but I would've been pissed that my time was being wasted, if I was there. I've only had one of these annoying meditative therapies once. The entire time I was told to lay down, close my eyes and explain what I see. Spoiler alert: It was mostly orange due to the light shining on my eyelids. Sometimes I would see certain shapes, but that was it. I asked the therapist at one point how long the therapy's supposed to last, since I had work right after the appointment. He literally said, 'It'll end once you feel healed.' That motherfucker held me hostage until I told him what he wanted to hear. That certainly wasn't going to happen, because the entire time I felt more bored and annoyed rather than relaxed. Around the end, I lied and said I feel cured. I wasn't letting this asshole hold me back from earning money. AKA Doing something actually useful with my time. My mom paid $300 for it, because she genuinely thought it would help me. I feel so sorry for her, because she falls so much for this bullshit when she and I can literally just meditate at home for free.
She's talking about becoming aware that you are not being who you really are, but rather playing out conditioning that you've been programed with in your upbringing. The noticing and presence she's referring to, are to help stop identifying with, and addiction to, content (conditioning/programing/beliefs), by becoming the observer of it, and as a result seeing through it. Realizing you are the consciousness that mental, physical, and emotional content arises in, not the content itself. Be the sky. The clouds are just passing through.
Shes talking about getting out of your own head basically. Being "in the moment" as people know it, but without the need for external stimulus to do so. Essentially shes encouraging the people in the room to look at the world without the fog of thoughts that clutter our perspective. Some of the comments label it nonsense but you all have hobbies, watch movies and the biggest one of all: drink alcohol - as all these things to allow us to do what shes talking about. This is aligning more with science aswell, many psychologists would recommend meditation for this purpose also.
Thank you for explaining it my friend. Honestly, I wanted to pay attention and truly understand what she was saying because it sounded deep, but the moment she started speaking, I went comatose.
@@alfredschnozzenstein1657 No worries, honestly theres not much to it - but these spiritual teachers would reach more people if they explained more clearly haha.

She’s trying to say that we are so busy with our lives and it constantly being so busy and loud that we miss the silence, the peace and how calming it is. Edit: wow y’all I came back after two years thanks for all the likes and comments I still stand by my comment.
Yes. It's disappointing to see how many cynical reactions there are to her simple message. There's nothing metaphysical about it; she's just encouraging a simple kind of meditation.
I absolutely love these spiritual life coaches or whatever they're called, because they're not actually saying anything. Like all of that means absolutely nothing. She's just saying words that vaguely hint to something that is coherent, but it never reaches the point of actually having any substance. Fascinating
Haha. she is teaching how to let go and be in the now.Because when you practice this and learn to use this power, that we all have, all things disappear and you realize you are in control of your thoughts and feelings. It is not what is done to you but how you react to it that matters. You are in control of your reality.
She’s actually a master zen teacher disguised as an inarticulate woo woo nu ager. By spouting incoherent blabber, she pushes the students closer and closer to giving up thinking entirely due to the mental exhaustion. Then once it happens, enlightenment!
This is by far EXACTLY what I've been looking for so long in the same videos. Thank you! I love natural asmr videos where people don't seem to be forcing a certain performance.
Wow based on the comments I didn't expect what she was saying to resonate with me so much but it really did. In a way I've only started understanding in recent years after a lot of reflection and personal development. This gave me a really interesting way of thinking about ideas and feelings I've had for a while. It's always great to find when others have had similar discoveries to you!
most of the people that are talking back to her sound like they just got called on by a teacher and weren’t paying attention in class and trying to make up an answer on the spot😭
That's literally what I'm trying to do with this channel. I want my videos to be relaxing but I also want them to be informative too so I'm glad you enjoyed it.
What she wanted that guy to understand is that he is present but not in the moment. He is probably present with what concerns that are going on in his life. Or just nervous about being in a group setting and his minds on that.
Silence can be only really understood when there are others in the same room and you share it all equally. This is one of the best ASMR videos. Presence.
I’m glad we can all seem to agree that soft spoken voices are superior to whispers. Only very few whisperers have gotten my attention. Bob Ross is the ultimate king of the soft spoken voice.
wow, i mean, wow. her voice is incredibly relaxing. it must be "tough" for you to edit this video. bcs if i were you, i'll always fall asleep everytime she speaks 😂 well done btw 👍👍

She is talking about meditation, presence and the beautiful benefits from this. She is so calm I bet she meditates 24/7 that's why. Love it so relaxing it makes my mood

She has a tic where she barely whispers "you see?" after almost every sentence. No, madam, I do not see. But I do sleep so it's ok
"Hmm mmm, you see"
I thought she was saying Essay!!
Yes, yes.. I "notessed" that.. mhm.. beautiful.
@@iloverugby7901 or saying esé like the vagos in GTA San Andreas 🤣
Ski mask Wrld I noticed you noticing that. Mhm totally defenceless
Nobody cares. It's the asmr that matters.
@@alfredschnozzenstein1657 No worries, honestly theres not much to it - but these spiritual teachers would reach more people if they explained more clearly haha.
Maybe I misunderstood you but if any psychologist is advising you/anyone to drink for any reason they're insane
@@mariamatedei You did misunderstand me yes, i said: "many psychologists would recommend meditation"
My therapist I had in high school was very soft spoken, I could have listened to her voice all day. This woman’s voice is so soothing and it almost matches my therapist’s
This is where my love for asmr has brought me. Now I've seen everything.
4:50
Hey, may I have a slice of that chocolate cake over there on the table?
Her:
Ray Orbison LMAO
Ray Orbison I’m sure she noticed it
Beautiful.
LMAOOO
I noticed the presence of the chocolate. Xd
I read your comment RIGHT AT 4:50.. I should play the lotto
She is saying so much and saying nothing at the same time
Ikr! Glad someone else noticed it. Xd
Typical with a lot these “enlightened “ ones
Kevin omg hahahaha
Kevin right? 30 minutes of talking and I have no idea what she’s on about lol
@@Idk-dd2gn That's me in some college presentations. Hahaha
Her voice is ultra gentle.
The presence of ASMR in this video is very noticeable.
I literally listened to this for 36 hours. I couldn't keep my eyes open after that. Very relaxing
What his name of woman in video
She’s trying to say that we are so busy with our lives and it constantly being so busy and loud that we miss the silence, the peace and how calming it is.
Edit: wow y’all I came back after two years thanks for all the likes and comments I still stand by my comment.
True, be in the moment, meditation
Recognize the moment, don't just go
It's lovely
She could have said that instead😂
Oh shut up and just notice presence.
Yes. It's disappointing to see how many cynical reactions there are to her simple message. There's nothing metaphysical about it; she's just encouraging a simple kind of meditation.
The fact that it took her 34 minutes to say that should help you notice how full of herself she is.
I certainly noticed that

PLS 😭😭
One of the best soft spoken voices I've ever heard in my life. Wow
I absolutely love these spiritual life coaches or whatever they're called, because they're not actually saying anything. Like all of that means absolutely nothing. She's just saying words that vaguely hint to something that is coherent, but it never reaches the point of actually having any substance. Fascinating
This is calming and nice but seriously, wrf is she talking about.
Haha. she is teaching how to let go and be in the now.Because when you practice this and learn to use this power, that we all have, all things disappear and you realize you are in control of your thoughts and feelings. It is not what is done to you but how you react to it that matters. You are in control of your reality.
Sounds like meditation. Or some grounding techniques for therapy.
Presents
She is teaching a mindfulness class x it's very good.
@@paramedivmso4 My reality wants a hamburger.
I dont care if what she is saying is nonsense
it still helps me relax and helps my relief
When reading the title alone my asmr senses started tingling, after listing to the video I can say that I wasn't disappointed. What a great find!
I undertood completely. She means stop thinking and ne present in that moment. Amazing video. The best ASMR video ever.
I wouldn't claim to understand what she is saying, but it doesn't seem to matter because her voice is just so relaxing! 😌
I find the best unintentional ASMR occurs when the speaker is speaking utter nonsense.
unfocuses your brain yet another layer to strip down the thinking more
What part
I agree!
She’s actually a master zen teacher disguised as an inarticulate woo woo nu ager. By spouting incoherent blabber, she pushes the students closer and closer to giving up thinking entirely due to the mental exhaustion. Then once it happens, enlightenment!
Then you fall asleep to politicians making promises to get elected? Hmmm….smart!
As soon as she started talking I got tingles down my scalp and spine. Just wow.
This woman has an AMAZING voice for ASMR
This is some of the best asmr I have ever heard.
I wish more people used these microphones, they are so relaxing.
“Effortless” - the theme of all incredible unintentional ASMR
Or, as Diana Dawson says - Effort-Less :)
With a bit of arms coming forward but thats ok.
her accent is lovely and her voice is really pleasant, thank you!
Such a beautiful and calm smooth voice. Perfect ASMR.
That's speaking this pure, raw, unfiltered NONSENSE.
I’m half polish, and throughout my childhood I’ve always found tingles when people spoke Polish around me, my other language not so much lol
This woman’s voice is incredible
---N o T i C e---
Akala skase
most of the people that are talking back to her sound like they just got called on by a teacher and weren’t paying attention in class and trying to make up an answer on the spot😭
I love her. She hypnotizes me with her whispers. Thanks for this video.
I really like the combo of unintentional asmr and personal growth stuff-it feels like I'm spending my time on something useful for me :) thanks
That's literally what I'm trying to do with this channel. I want my videos to be relaxing but I also want them to be informative too so I'm glad you enjoyed it.
There's one born every minute.
"Notice the silence." The enlightened form of shut up.
“Notice what is present.”
Okay, so notice what, exactly, the silence Orrrr...
“Notice. Beautiful.”
I've never been so confused and relaxed at the same time...she really is one with words......about nothing but so much at the same time.
I have listened to this dozens of times and have not ever made it to the end, I’ve lasted about 20 minutes at best before I fall asleep - awesome ASMR
What she wanted that guy to understand is that he is present but not in the moment. He is probably present with what concerns that are going on in his life. Or just nervous about being in a group setting and his minds on that.
Chris Larusso yeah like he is trying too hard.
Silence can be only really understood when there are others in the same room and you share it all equally. This is one of the best ASMR videos. Presence.
17:43 Yeah, we’re thinking the same thing my guy 😂
I come here for two things. The relaxing tingles and the comments.
I’m glad we can all seem to agree that soft spoken voices are superior to whispers.
Only very few whisperers have gotten my attention.
Bob Ross is the ultimate king of the soft spoken voice.
Her voice melts my spine. Perfect.
wow, i mean, wow. her voice is incredibly relaxing.
it must be "tough" for you to edit this video. bcs if i were you, i'll always fall asleep everytime she speaks 😂
well done btw 👍👍
When she said ‘notice that’...I felt that 😂
Audience: Lady, what is presence?
Her: presence is here...it's not necessarily in this room...presence is always available...presence is more than you...anywhere that you are, presence...presence is awareness of anything...presence is natural...yes presence, eSee?
😳 Like what?? The rubbish just goes on & on but I'm here again because we can't deny how soothing her voice is.
This is what I called ASMR she's got perfect voice that made me tranquilized, period...
Took me about 10 minutes to figure out what to search to find this again but I’m so glad I did this is an all time fav
This is perfection! I don't even know where to begin so I'll just watch it 100 more times.
“So presence is.. identity?”
.. “presence is natural yadda yadda”
*guy smirking and trying not to laugh xD
“ so Presence is identity?” is the exact opposite thing she is trying to convey 😂
@@Cheebaroni812-kx5yt "Just.. hang on a second" 😂
I think she uses the sentence "you see" exactly as many polish people tend to abuse the word "tak".
This is fantastic! The voice, the softness! It’s like a pillow for my brain.
She is talking about meditation, presence and the beautiful benefits from this. She is so calm I bet she meditates 24/7 that's why. Love it so relaxing it makes my mood
What his name of woman in video
that "mhm" always knocks me out.
Her voice is absolutely lovely.
She couldn't teach a class everyone would be so relaxed or probably sleep because of her soothing voice
did she break into a house party with microphones in hand and start leading a guided meditation sesh?
I like how she differentiates between “paying attention to” and “getting involved with”. Regarding meditation, those are two very different things and the former is much harder to do with your own thoughts and feelings.
What his name of woman in video
I notice everyone in the comments noticing their presence, you see. Beautiful
Is presents ok? 😂
Her Polish accent is so authoritative, which also makes it soothing and healing.
A couple years ago I had a masseuse who spoke very soft and gently just like this. It was amazing.
I think she is talking about Acceptance, to be able to live in the presence - "The here and the now" as Thich Nath Hanh said.
