You never shampoo after bleach as this can really damage hair, nor do you add conditioner before toner. Conditioner will close the hair cuticle and it will not absorb as much if at all in the hair. Only wash your hair GENTLY after you have bleached, and then toned hair with a gentle shampoo, never a clarifying one And condition to close the cuticle. I can’t believe how many times this woman washes this girls hair. I’m sure she was dealing with straw hair later. Only rinse out bleach with slightly warm Water!

Hi, Pamela! i think shampooing the hair after bleach is necessary beucase, if you don't do this, when you apply the demi-permanent color, the bleach left in the hair will dissolve the dye pigment and the result will be uncolored hair.

I don’t use toner I don’t like the white blond either I do use apple cider vinegar and I like the results
