Genentech Gives Back 2023

We’re proud to be part of the communities where we live and work, and we believe that we can have the greatest impact by focusing our efforts at the local level - including by empowering our employees to give their time and talents to serve our neighbors. Since 2010, employees at our U.S. sites have come together for a week each June to participate in Genentech Gives Back and support local organizations through volunteering and giving. Over the program’s history, we have volunteered more than 118,000 hours and contributed $4.6 million through grants and individual employee contributions.
