My husband and I would love to buy a home in the area but the homeless issue and drug/alcohol problems need to be dealt with, hopefully with kindness and foresight. Then Guerneville will be a great place to live.
Guerneville back in the day used to be called stump Ville

Sonoma County has about 250 days of sunshine each year and normally minimal rain in the winters. We are lucky to have such great weather ☀️
