You’re doing wonderful Goblish. We are at similar parts of the journey where progress feels random and path forward is unclear. But you are still moving, that’s the most important thing. 2025 will be better than the rest.
Truly crazy how much you've improved. I know you don't like a lot of what you made, but literally everyone who has ever made anything feels the exact same way. Have fun with it- you'll improve even faster
If you're a slower artist, you could benefit more from using books than videos. They're easier to copy from and you can trace parts that are really difficult until you get the flow of things.
you actually convinced me to start drawing everyday. It's a little different from you, I try to draw everyday one thing without a reference and one thing with a reference. Also my focus is less on anatomy and more on diversity in what I draw. I'm doing this because I'm curious as to how my art will evolve given enough time.
I definitely do not finish some of my drawings, when a drawing gets boring it just gets boring that's why I try to finish it the day I started, it's like you just wanna move on to the next I also come back to the drawing that I did to finish it up even when I don't feel like it, I enjoy art it's just sometimes it gets frustrating when a drawing doesn't work out😂
Is there any information you would have on why it feels like you get less creative as you get older? I feel like its harder to come up with simple concepts yet it feels like every artist around me can make really unique designs. When i was younger it seemed so much easier but maybe im not remembering correctly and I’ve always been less creative? If you have any info id love to hear, i really liked this video. I hope u see this comment so im posting it again

Doing my sister's art homework brought me out of my art block and this video has just fueled me with more motivation.
