Cheers for this, I been tryin to find out about "american association of professional hypnotherapists" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Cenathan Nonpareil Command - (search on google ) ? It is a great one of a kind guide for discovering how to how to hypnotize like a pro minus the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got cool success with it.

Have never been one for hypnosis or meditation but you have made such a difference in my life for the good in the last week,I have had to self isolate due to my health (COPD) and found I was getting very down especially spending most of my time thinking of my son who had passed,have seen a clinical physiologist and done talking therapies but nothing has had a marked effect on me like this, many thanks and stay safe💙🏴🌈
Just wanted to make a quick suggestion for your Visual Induction part of the hypnosis. To incorporate even more of an ASMR element to the hypnosis, what if you use hand movements as the visual induction? I don’t know if it would work in regard to the hypnosis, but it could be an interesting way to draw in the audiences attention, whilst involving a great ASMR inducing technique, too! Xx

I do know watching one of your videos for the first time the other day, you put me absolutely to sleep faster than any other ASMR video I have seen so far. I woke up and forgot what planet I was on.
I really like your idea of using this during daily activities, such as a walk. I just recently started my walks again, now it’s warming up outside. I find it very therapeutic for both mind & body. This would be a nice “boost”, as you say. 😎
I woke up with a pulled muscle today and was in such excruciating pain all down the right side of my body, I was panicking and tearing up, but your videos helped me to eventually calm down and go to sleep. Thank you so much! 🙏

They are not negative, but just a LOT. I would love to see a video which helps with that. Either my specific condition or another one to calm it down
Out of curiosity, if it’s in every video, is it imperative that we focus on the flame of breathing? Normally when I watch Asmr I’m listening with my eyes closed, and I want to experience the hypnosis aspect, but not sure if it’s important to do
So, the visual induction is optional, if you don't feel you need it just close your eyes at whichever point you are comfortable. It is just there to help those who need a bit of a warm up xx

Even against the back wall with a warmer light might be nice, sometimes the glow of my screen is distracting when I close my eyes, but it’s nothing too upsetting, just a suggestion :)
Oh dear, sorry to hear that. I'm a bit restricted as to where I can film so I don't think I can do this for you. I have turned as many lights off as I can but I use natural light so this is probably as good as it gets. Are you able to turn the brightness down a bit on your screen?
I'm not sure what phone you have but on most smart phones you can turn a blue light filter on which removes the harshness as (dont quote me) the blue light is what keeps you up! Its definitely made a difference for me though x

I really enjoy these videos! I know you got complaints about the loud metronome but I would love i loved that if it was softer. I fall asleep to these so a noise is better than a visual since I start with my eyes closed 😊. I also hear bird sounds which is not an easy noise to sleep too. Are those outside birds or added sounds?
So I have a question from my always inquisitive mind, can a psychologist help themselves or would that not be effective? As in, would you seek out another professional to help you? Also, is a psychologist a study of how the human brain works? I will now try to switch off and focus on the hypnosis lol
Psychologist are scientists, we are trained (in UK) over 9 years. The course is very varied and involves a BA and Doctorate degree. It begins with quite general topics like biological psychology, social psychology, health psychology, statistics, research methods, forensics, evolutionary psychology and then later on focuses on more clinical topics (e.g. the specific mechanism of mental, emotional problems and their treatment). As it is a doctorate, not a PhD we work as trainees on rotation in hospitals alongside our lectures (similar to how medics train). It is highly recommended that therapists, whatever their background, are in therapy themselves so that they can leave 'their stuff' at the door. I would never recommend you see a therapist who is not in therapy themselves. Hope this was what you were looking for xx
The ASMR Psychologist Lydia Burke yes this was, very insightful and interesting. I knew there was a lot involved to train as a psychologist but not that many subjects, wow. I do find it so interesting it’s something I’ve been thinking a lot about recently but, wanted to know how to deal with personal issues before maybe embarking on this path and if you could do this having issues that haven’t been dealt with etc. Thank you :) x

I love and appreciate all workers of hypnosis are working for. In this case, would an already assured trust create a more soft, more leading and more delicate approach to the hypnosis? I know the world values so much the need to compete when we are awake and to yes find ways to escape when not competing. While I love also the attempt to create more peace as a kind of escape, ?Could there be an attempt to create properties, I am interested in; this to help create at least for me and a few others, a more long-term - Much delicacy, ease, and peace working to create a more long-term, innersecurity or beauty from within us so as to help create a condition those things as a long-term counter, even better approach to life as a more healthy alternative to our present over driven world? I would love to have this more long-term delicacy and peace over the more irrational, less healthy world we are living in today. I would love to model those good things to others as better way to deal with life to feed and encourage the spirit of others around me. I would love to have this more long-term inner-beauty of peace and delicacy.
