Grinding dried herbs to make a fresh throat spray for you to ease dryness, preparing an anti inflammatory garlic steam and a hot drink of fresh Lemon and Ginger to refresh and cleanse. Followed by preparing you for bed with a facial cleanse, moisturise and massage followed by warm refreshing rub for your sinuses and muscles. Then we move on to preparing you an essential oil blend for your diffuser which will ease your congestion, moisturise the air and provide you will a soft sound to fall asleep to. I have not been sick in a long while. My regime is a large mug of hot filtered water with a tablespoon of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar plus a half lemon squeezed in and a tablespoon of honey. I just sip this first thing in the morning and last thing at night. It is hydrating and cleansing, helps dissolve kidney or bladder stones and helps with weight loss.

I listen to your ASMR while I work 💖 just wanna let you know I really appreciate the time and effort you have put into these for years now. I have hormone issues so keeping my cortisol levels low is v important and you work better than any pill I've been given.

I generally hate pyramid schemes * cough * cults * cough * like doterra, but the doterra deep blue cream Emma is using is a genuinely amazing product.
I'm disabled and use it and it's phenomenonal stuff. Recommend buying it online so you don't get roped into pyramid scheme parties but it's a quality product that's worth the money.
I'm one of the many who has a cold and so this is just a lovely coincidence. Emma just radiates care and concern and I swear her virtual help is actually soothing my cold (it doesn't hurt that now I'm lying down with a hot chocolate).
