3 to 3- ¼ lb Sweet Potatoes
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
4-6 tbsp. Butter
1 can Evaporated Milk
½ tsp. ground Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp. Vanilla

If you want to add a whole other flavor bomb to this, make a crumble to go on top of it. Melted butter, brown sugar, and flower. Mix it all together and crumble it on top of the sweet potatoes and put your marshmallows on top of the crumble.

I tried your recipe but made some changes for my vegan friend. I used coconut milk instead of cream and bananas instead of eggs, coconut butter instead of regular butter, and topped it with coconut flakes and raisin’s, it was really good. Yum.😀🇧🇸

My mouth is watering! Can I give you a pro tip? I roast my sweet potatoes in the oven. I don’t put anything on them, I just put a piece of parchment paper on the pan and lay them on top. I cook them on 400° until they start to ooze the sugary juice. Then, once they are cool, I put them in a bowl like you did and I get the handmixer. Beat the sweet potatoes with the handmixer and just slowly pull the mixer out while it is still on. Be careful, so it doesn’t throw sweet potatoes everywhere. 😂 You can lower the speed slowly as you pull the beaters out. You will have all those fibrous strings from the sweet potato stuck to your beaters. Rinse them off in the sink and repeat this process three or four times. It will give you the smoothest sweet potatoes ever!!!!! I wish I could eat at your house. My family hates the marshmallows, but I love them!!! Just made this for family for Thanksgiving! It’s not done yet but I can tell this recipe is a good one because it already smells heavenly 😍😍😍😍. I did take the advice of some of the commentators and I used sweet condensed milk and did the brown sugar crumble on top.

Hi I love watching your show I keep it with you all the time I just wanted to call you and tell you that you know I love sweet potatoes but I always bake my sweet potatoes cuz you get better nutrients out of the sweet potato when you bake it takes a little bit longer but the taste and the quality is much better when you cooking sweet potatoes and water you taking all the nutrients of the taste and the important nutritional value from it be bless and keep cooking AB one love
For some reason (for me), the marshmallows are somewhat disconcerting. However, I love the walnuts & pecans . Do you put the nuts on top as you would do with the marshmallows?
