Mayo with ketchup is fine, but also mustard, grass, sunflower seeds it’s a lot. But I think it’s still delicious.

I fell in love with Korean street food my first tour in 1976-77. I found different ways to prepare, cook foods I've eaten my whole life and discovered ones I really liked eating. I was also very lucky to have a wonderful woman who was a very good cook.

THE CRISPY RICE. Im trying to recreate this ASAP.
My old black and decker rice cooker makes crispy rice so well because the non stick coating came off years ago. I was going to trash it until I used it one day and found the entire bottom was brown and crispy; so delicious.
Koreans are getting real creative with their food, music, dramas and movies, and technology. Good for them!

Don't mind everything is perfect, but you can use Indian basmati rice instead normal one , definitely it will enhance you chicken rice
