I had an accident some time back, l swerved to miss a deer in a bad rain storm, because l was a legal pain patient and when asked about medication l answered honestly not thinking twice and I was arrested immediately for DUI ! It was me my car and a pole, I was legal, insuranced but Officer Brothers had to lie to make his charge, in short with no help from my lawyers l took it head on and learned the laws and pointed out every lie and could prove it , after 3 years and sending the court my brief, everything was dropped and thrown out! I didn't have a phone to record but did a ton of foot work!!

The Supreme Court has ruled that administrators have the most power to restrict the 1st Amendment in non-public forums. But, even for traditional public forums like sidewalks, they can still implement time, manner, and place restrictions on the 1st Amendment.
