Great recipe. I just used your recipe and cooked up two pounds of crab as appetizers at a friends catfish fry. About 30 people attended and several hung around me and my small deep fryer. Cooked six at a time and the serving platter was always empty. Not everyone there was lucky enough to try one as there was truly some beignet hogs around. I got to taste one! My wife and I were quite entertained watching you two guys make them. Thanks for sharing.
