You can actually be happy diff exploded instead of something on engine. Also you can put diff from 1.2 16v Punto gearbox. Those are stronger and can take +150hp easily
My yaris 1.3 has lost a bit of its nippyness lately . Its making a spluttery noise. 3 mechanics have checked for exhaust leaks by eye, but nothing found. I bottomed the car out just before this happened. Im thinking i may have bust the exhaust manifold gasket? Not sure. Love the seicento. Keep up the good work
Nice work!! I understand you mainteined your original 1.1 ECU, ans so far so good with the mods, but didnt she complained ablut the catalytic converter? correct me if I'm wrong but it seems you dont have one know, after installing the supersprint manifold.
In fact that was not the drain plug. The drain screw is a hex bolt in the back of the gearbox, at the area of the lower gearbox mount, you can see it at 0:12
Cheers man 👍 basically we knocked the driveshaft bearing out because it wasn't quite lined up and when in gear, the shaft turned the bearing in place, which eventually blew a hole :P
