    I found the 3-week rule in a book. The main character starts boxing and finds the first week sucks, the second week was worse, the third was as bad as the second (though not worse, per se) and by the fourth week it was easier. It's a great reminder to persevere

    I really admire your humble energy. And being patient with self. Thanks for your insights and the love for BJJ and life itself.

    training BJJ for 10 years, trained Hapkido for 10 years- it just became a hobby to stay healthy and fit. I might as well learn to defend myself while excercising . I'm nearing 50, yes It seems like I train lazier these days but there are days here and there where I roll harder probably I rested just enough I don't become lazy or It was the perfect amount of food digested and produced the right amount of energy for me at this time for now.

    Hi Coach. Please will you do a video on the technique Masvidal used to K.O Darren Till. I believe it's the same one Woodley used. It looks like a quick step or stance change before delivering a bomb of a left hook. Thank you and thanks for always supplying such great content 👍👍👍

    Firas, regarding your disagreement with Trump's energy statement, I think there may be a misunderstanding in the way your interpreted it. I think what Trump meant is using energy to work out in the morning will take away from the energy he would use later in the day to do his work, which probably requires a lot of energy (making tough decisions etc). And for what you stated, yes, I agree that working out will increase your energy levels within that moment, however, in the long run will deplete part of your energy reserves for the rest of the day.

    • @masteryblueprint_
      @masteryblueprint_ 5 лет назад +1

      @@MaylingStudio Agreed - like with everything, depends on goals and situation. For the most part though, in terms of skill acquisition for complex movements, it's best to train longer (than to train at full intensity for shorter periods of time)

      @MakeYouFeelBetterNow 5 лет назад

      Maybe you are training too hard or too long. Too intense. Like Zihabi said, consistency is the key.
      As others have mentioned, you may need a lot more sleep than you're getting. When training hard, I have some nights where I'm going to bed at 9 pm.
      Diet like others have said is huge. You might also have a low level chronic health condition and may want to start investigating that with different types of naturopaths and experts in functional medicine, like "The Living Proof Institute".

      I train everyday. But every morning I make a drink w 5 almonds, a few slices of ginger, 1/4 of an apple, Half of a lime. Small banana, honey, teaspoon flax seed, 1 cup açaí and some ice. do this every morning and stay off the candies, sodas, sport drinks junk food. you will not get sick anymore. Your bowel movement will improve and you will start your day off right. That is a guarantee.

    The voice inside appears to hate me. And I was a killer in the cage and ring. But I wasn't cruel. I knew when they were done. I never ended anyone with extra pain. Be it humiliation or broken jaws or limbs. Once someone broke my neck intentionally during training I have been angry. 6 years ago. I've lived for revenge and God has punished me by taking more than my neck.

    Where’s the proof, and not the summary, in context of Trump actually saying that. Also, this is about making US prosper as effectively as possible. You think you can do a better job at making that money for US than a billionaire. C’mon! GO TRUMP GO!
