assault shigaraki is so fun and strong, he'd be S tier if the devs didn't have that spaghetti code with his alpha damage tuning skill (or the nejires that fly like birds)

What do you mean by spaghetti code?I also main him but these days he’s feeling very weak and I don’t know why

Did they change the skin because when I got the cyberpunk outfit for shigy it had two tech special tuning slots
