I’m a tech Shoto main and I think I’m good and also counter him. When he alpha to me I can use my ice alpha or my gamma. When he uses beta I can just use my gamma to block or just weave. I can also just burn his rocks

Yeah sadly you're right, nejire is a great character, but i think the community is past the days of characters like her, cos there's nothing unique about her, everything she does has been seen before She's closer to mt lady whose saving grace for uniqueness is her special action, but it was always fated to happen the anime didn't take her serious when it comes to her abilities
