    She looks so exhausted ugh...nursing is rewarding yet so exhausting I'm burned out already. Nursing shifts shouldn't be 12 hours or more in the hospitals they should balance out a nice work/life schedule for all nurses availability wouldn't be an issue then. Burn out is a real thing.

      This happened to be at the end of a very long day of recording, which is prob why we looked so tired! But yes, exhaustion in nursing is very real because it is so tiring and burnout is palpable.
