Spark plug with Ionization only (old design)

  • Here is my spark plug with Ionization only. In the winter period I can`t drive with water fog, but I drive some times to country side with Ionizator. It`s a 50 mm sanitize tube (PP) inside is Cathode and Anode. Anode is 24 sharp metal rods soldered together in one place (other side is wide open about 90 grad ends) and Cathode is Copper cylinder about 28 mm in diameter. 555 timer works with 50% ON/OFF cycle about 12- 16kHz MOSFET drive a TV Fly-back transformer with Diode and Capacitor on Output. On the outside we have UV and Ozone + Ions + Nitrogen composed mixture of air. Smells bad. P.S. Effect is- temperature rise, better combustion, quiet work of engine. If engine works leen (I have) than we got a pinging after engine switch OFF. It is like Diesel engines- work without Spark. About economy of fuel- in very badly adjusted cars- there is economy. In my situation with CO=0,1 and CH= 44... sorry :). Happy day!
