I'm a Moroccan, and i love your videos, you put so much effort into these videos. You deserve far more views and followers. I think you should make a collab with other youtubers for your channel to grow. Keep up the good work, and i wish u the best
Thanks so much Youssef! We do work hard on these as we have yet to see a vlog that shows this country the way that we think it should be showed. As not just a vacation destination, but a place with an incredible people and culture that should be experienced. We would definitely appreciate the growth, but until then we are satisfied with the fact that those who watch our content, really appreciate it and share it with those they know. All the best. Will.
Your family is so grateful and supper appreciative in all situation and the places you've been, you always leave a wonderful remark. I love your positive spirit.
The intricacies of decor and architecture are truly amazing. Authentic and true to the culture = beautiful! Thanks for sharing your adventures! You can't fake happiness. Bless your family and all the free souls of the world!
We were so ready for this experience. We were so sick at the time and to have the ability to chill in a Dar for a few days was such a treat. Yes, that was pure happiness!😍
Hello , Fez is the cultural capital of Morocco , so I hope that you did enjoy your time there, I like how Avalon is in love with Couscous & Menth Tea lol
Welcome to our channel. We are really happy that you found us, As you can tell. we share a passion for Morocco. We will have more videos coming us soon.
It was so cool to be there, but the smell was horrendous. That slaughter house smell was no joke. Ha. Mariom the lady who taught us to cook was so special and patient. Amazing times.
Jessica Sueiro I remember smelling that smell in Billings Montana by my uncles house. NASTY! But how clever to bring mint along. I doubt it helped much tho. 😖
Hi guys !! I'm moroccan, I've been binge watching your videos for a couple of days now, and I am obsessed with how positive you guys are about other cultures ! Keep that attitude and you will encounter nothing but smiles and happy faces in your path ! Quick rectifications I must make to some Intel I've seen shared on this video, some things got lost in translation I believe : 1) $100K will not buy a property like that in fes. It would sell for about twice that much if not more depending on the location of the property and the state of it. 2)The "Goat" butter is actually cultured fermented salted cow's milk butter, called S'men, it's a moroccan specialty and staple in our pantries. It has a very pungent blue cheese aroma, and is only found in Morocco. Get some while you're here ! It works fantastically in pasta dishes where you want to add that umph of umami only aged cheeses can make. Use it with moderation, 1/2 a tsp goes a long way in almost any recipe for 3 to 4 servings (that is if you get the aged kind from specialized sellers in fes) 3) There is no cumin in couscous. Everrrrrrrrrr.... Also, let me know if and when you'll be around next time, I'd like to take you guys some place you've never been before ... I hope you'll like it
Oh wow, thanks for taking the time to clear up some things. This really helps and we count locals to help us with what we don't know. THANK YOU!!!!! And thanks for binge watching.
We were lost in that space! Unfortunately, we were all still a bit sick so some of the couscous went to waste. Would love some right now. I must confess we bought 3 small carpets in Chef. Now we just need a place to put them. Ha.

Thanks Alan. My favorite was Fez and high atlas because of the people we got to interact with and the deep local connection. Stick with us, Europe will be fun too.
We only had a short time in Chef and we were still not feeling great so we kept it very low key, but that just means we need another visit in the future.

is it ok to like the video before even watching ? i am guilty of that 😇 @Jess Avalon is a mini you hahahha gorgeous ladies, Morocco will definitely miss you
If you're going back to Europe through Ceuta, take a quick look at Martil and M'diq they'll be on your way... Very different from what you've seen in Morocco till now
Jessica Sueiro of course he's a cool boy, I'm sorry Largo I didn't mean to be rude.. after I post this comment I came to realize that he is a boy not a girl but I forget which vlog I commented on to edit it.. anyway you're a really wonderful family. Keep up what you're doing 👍🏻
zahid ismaili not a problem at all. He has learned to say “i am a boy” in a lot of languages. He loves his hair and does not care if people mistake him for a girl. He is himself so don’t feel bad at all. He just tells people “im a cool boy!” Ha, so cute!
yes that's how you say chefchaouen :D Also you need to try other foods! Look for pastilla (or bastila) , try to taste kerine (cow feet prepared the moroccan way), try moroccan soups like harira and shorba too if you have the time or the opportunity to do so! You won't regret it Good luck, I love following you guys
Hi guys, I love all of your Morocco videos! My fiancé and I are heading to Morocco in 3 weeks for our honeymoon. Is it possible to connect with your Fez tour guide?
Our guide was so-so, but I have a better one who was booked when we were there. However, I hear he is great. Email me this question at jessica@worldtowning.com and I will dig up his contact. Thanks for watching the vlogs. You will love Morocco so much.
Wow guys..another winner video! 👍👍 was in Roatan with spotty wifi so didn’t get to finish your livestream but will. I had the same feeling leaving Morocco - it really captures your heart and soul. When I was there I found some beautiful beaches..did you visit any? Can you say where you’re going in Portugal? I liked Coimbra very much..is it on your radar?
Thanks Mishu. Love Roatan, was there years ago on a cruise. We definitely want to go back. We will start outside of Lisbon and then head north. Unfortunately, we won't have a ton of time in P because we stayed so long in Morocco. Any other recommendations?
Jessica Sueiro Since you do such fabulous tours I might suggest Porto to see how Port is made. Portugal has come very far in their wine production to the point that often when I was in a restaurant the waiters recommended by region not by type. You must must must have grilled chicken made in the traditional way. Some of the best chicken (wow Roatans know how to grill chicken!) anywhere. Jess there is a small restaurant in the old south end of PDC where the French owner learned how to make this Portuguese chicken. Next time you are in the area you must try it. Small, great value...some good french baking as well 😋). Of course my heart belongs to the Azores..keep it on your bucket list. I will be returning and I rarely say that! Roatan requires a return as well! 👍👍
HA! If that makes you laugh, you should see the stuff we do not post. The best stuff in our life does not make the vlog as it does not always fit the story.
Hello World Towning just subscribe to your channel... I am from Indonesia and living in France now.. Your journey around the world are really inspiring... Hopefully I can do the same with my family in the future... Do you plan to explore Asia also?
Hi Buyung Haryakusuma - So great to have you watching. Showing the kids (and ourselves) the world is the reason why we are doing this. Sharing it with everyone is the bonus. Yes, we do plan on visiting Asia and Indonesia is on the list (not just Bali). That will happen in the next 19 months. So looking forward to it.
waw amazing that was a real vlog and a real tour (y) will look like a professionel bbc reporter it was a good document :) do a favor a will tell you a secret the real peace and love city of all north africa is Assillah city she is my favorite the capital of art ofrica and home of the artists beaches, the best restaurant of sea food of Morocco there is a beach called Rmillat an hiden perle Assillah is my real love you can't regret so joy it you can feel it yeah thie second blue green perle of Morocco
We went to Assillah, but we were only there a couple of days and we had a ton of work so we barely left the camping car, too bad. Next time we will stay longer.
Warning!!! Please don't use cumin in couscous...it will taste WROOOOOONG and BAD! I think she put the cumin in the peppers' dish (taktouka). Use black pepper for couscous, NEVER CUMIN! P.S: The calramelized onions and raisins on top of the couccous is called t'faya.
In Fez - It depends, our guide came recommended so we paid more than the average rate. It this point, I forget what we paid him. but I think you can get one for about 600-800 dirham.
this is not the original way of making couscous ,we don't use pression marmite and pan , couscous need time over 3 hours so we make it in that specific cooking pot , we mix vegetebale and meet below and semolina in the top , we may use pan to caramelized rainsins and onions
AM I missing something ? No one offer to help to Cut,/ slice anything ? The lady just cook on her own while Everyone else Just Watch ? My understanding from Moroccans is that coucous is a very time consuming dish , the grains must be fluff very frequently to be loosen. Noticed that There's No blenders or slicer ? Everything were Cut / slice by hand Her hair is very distracting to Watch . . . So I cannot finish the entire video
We did help chop, but we did not shoot when we helped and we can't show it all on the vlog. It is just Will and I shooting, but if we had a team with us I can guarantee I would be there chopping the whole time. Life goals. Ha. Our goal was to learn about the cooking and share it with the world and hopefully get her more business. And yes, it was all chopped by hand, she was good with the knife. Oh no, if you are referring to the pink hair, well, it is here to stay. I love my pink!

Hello , Fez is the cultural capital of Morocco , so I hope that you did enjoy your time there, I like how Avalon is in love with Couscous & Menth Tea lol
In love is an understatement. She is mourning the absence of couscous not that we are back in Europe for 2 days.
Omg ..she became a "Moroccan Citizen" by food law, well ..good news for her, you can find moroccan restaurants everywhere in Europe :)
I am also from Fez and now live in Barcelona
Welcome to our channel. We are really happy that you found us, As you can tell. we share a passion for Morocco. We will have more videos coming us soon.
Wow! What an experience!! Loved the cooking lesson and such an old school leather dying. Absolutely cool!!
Quick rectifications I must make to some Intel I've seen shared on this video, some things got lost in translation I believe :
1) $100K will not buy a property like that in fes.
Use it with moderation, 1/2 a tsp goes a long way in almost any recipe for 3 to 4 servings (that is if you get the aged kind from specialized sellers in fes)
3) There is no cumin in couscous.
تحية كبييييرة الاهل المغرب 🇲🇦 💪 .. رغم كبر سن البائعين و ذوي المحلات فالجميع يتقن جميع اللغات وليس فقط الإنجليزية ..رغم انهم لم يدرسوها قط
Very interesting
A lot of history in fez Madina
Can't wait to be there
What a palatial experience and that Cous cous looks amazing! And the carpets look so gorgeous and so interesting. -Henry
We were lost in that space! Unfortunately, we were all still a bit sick so some of the couscous went to waste. Would love some right now. I must confess we bought 3 small carpets in Chef. Now we just need a place to put them. Ha.
Your videos are so addicting; trust me and I am not the kind of guy that gives comments. Job well done.
Thank you so much. We try to show the real life as much as possible. We really appreciate the comment. All the best! Will
thumbs up before i watch the video because i know it would be perfect

The topping of couscous is called Tfaya it’s caramilized onions with raisins sugar if you feel going fancy with you couscous!
Taznakht's Berber carpet is by far my favourite in, the world, and if you're outside morocco Ghee works just as well for couscous
Prefect! thanks for the suggestion on the couscous. Avalon will love that.

Hello from berlin germany
Will’s music selection is on point! And watching the leather thing I was wondering...what happens when it rains?
He is so good with the music! I agree. Ha, good point. I wish I would have asked. The smell was so bad that I just wanted to get inside.
Yes the smell is soo bad because it is untreated cow skin before being transformed into leather... This job is soooooo hard and very underpaid in Fez
yes that's how you say chefchaouen :D
Also you need to try other foods! Look for pastilla (or bastila) , try to taste kerine (cow feet prepared the moroccan way), try moroccan soups like harira and shorba too if you have the time or the opportunity to do so! You won't regret it
Good luck, I love following you guys
Yeah! Finally we can pronounce cities! I had many of the soups, yummy. Thanks for following us.
welcom to maroco
Thanks, we are so happy to be back!!!! More vlogs to come this month.
I love it💝💝💝
Thank you!!!
God Bless MorroccoAmerica
I agree. Thanks so much for supporting us.
Kuskus waaaaaaaaw😋👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Please buy a darr in Fez!
YES!!! I would love to come back to Fez for several months a year and WorldTown the rest of the time. Perfect life.
have a good trip ^^
Thanks.
4:52 HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH JESSICA YOU MADE ME LAUGH
HA! If that makes you laugh, you should see the stuff we do not post. The best stuff in our life does not make the vlog as it does not always fit the story.

It’s my city I am borne in fes
It's a wonderful city with incredible artists.
Goood
Thanks!
😍😍😍
Miss you!
I love Moroccan Couscous. Lol
Avalon is committed to learning how to make couscous in the RV. She loves it so much.
❤️🙏🏾
😍❤🗺💯🇲🇦
It seems that your daughter Avalon fond of couscous.
Ha! Yes she does.
Houses are a bit expensive in morocco i think from 40 k dollars to 200k dollars
And I heard prices have gone up a lot in the last couple of years. One day.
Jessica Sueiro Actually they’ve gone down. Very few people have been buying houses in the medina the past few years.
waw amazing that was a real vlog and a real tour (y) will look like a professionel bbc reporter it was a good document :)
do a favor a will tell you a secret
the real peace and love city of all north africa is
Assillah city she is my favorite
the capital of art ofrica and home of the artists
beaches, the best restaurant of sea food of Morocco
there is a beach called Rmillat an hiden perle
Assillah is my real love you can't regret so joy it
you can feel it yeah thie second blue green perle of Morocco
We went to Assillah, but we were only there a couple of days and we had a ton of work so we barely left the camping car, too bad. Next time we will stay longer.
🤗💝
Warning!!!
Please don't use cumin in couscous...it will taste WROOOOOONG and BAD! I think she put the cumin in the peppers' dish (taktouka). Use black pepper for couscous, NEVER CUMIN!
P.S:
The calramelized onions and raisins on top of the couccous is called t'faya.
"Chef' shaaaaaa wn", this is how you pronounce Chefchaouen. Or, if you want to sound more like a local just "shaaaaa wn" and stress the "sh" sound.
Thanks. We appreciate the tips.
What is the going rate $ for a guide for maybe half day,4 hours?
In Fez - It depends, our guide came recommended so we paid more than the average rate. It this point, I forget what we paid him. but I think you can get one for about 600-800 dirham.
@@WorldTowning Thanks for the info. We might go there this year or next year.
It's ghee butter or preserved butter in salt or semn in arabic it's not goat butter.
Thanks for the information. Love learning new stuff from those who know.
It's "SMEN" not butter
Thanks! Good to know since I do plan on making that mean in the future.
Smen is salted cow butter , it adds a special taste to different moroccan dishes not just couscous .
so so : Smen is not butter, the use and the taste are completely different. Grape juice is not wine although they derive from the same fruit
this is not the original way of making couscous ,we don't use pression marmite and pan , couscous need time over 3 hours so we make it in that specific cooking pot , we mix vegetebale and meet below and semolina in the top ,
we may use pan to caramelized rainsins and onions
The morroccan cooking is the seconde in the Word and the first is france
Ufo Freedom both cuisine I love!

World Towning love you guys!!!!
Your's children's Love's couscous hahaha serche for RUclips haw ckock couscous ,,,hhhhhh
They LOVEEEEEEE couscous so much! Now we know how to make it the right way.
Everything were Cut / slice by hand
Her hair is very distracting to Watch . .
