Never forget. You are not judged by a jury of your peers. You are judged by 12 people who are too dumb to get out of jury duty or people who have nothing better to do. Consider how dumb the average person is, now realize that 50% of them are dumber than that. Now out of that population, you have the people who are too dumb to get out of jury duty and those who don't even care if they go. Those are the people deciding your fate.

Have to imagine, how many times was she a Karen in a store, returning stolen items, or complaining about the cook on her burger, just always trying to get away with something.
Haven't atched stuff like this in a while. I'm a lot more cynical now. I used to think, wow, these people are crazy, all of us out here are sane. Nope. Legally, there's a difference between someone that murders and doesn't (ideally, Russia was the exception to that for 3 years apparently), but psychologically, there's no difference between someone willing to stab someone in the back to get ahead at work or in life and someone literally willing to stab someone in the back. So there's garden variety non-murderous crazies all around us, every day. Probably 25% of the population or more, not functioning well, or right, or how they should be. Society's lurking iceberg, we're a bunch of animals, and nothing can really control us.

Update: Pamela Marie Hupp ( born October 10, 1958) is an American murderer serving a life sentence in Missouri's Chillicothe Correctional Center for the 2016 shooting of Louis Gumpenberger in her home in O'Fallon, Missouri. Hupp's claim that she had shot Gumpenberger (who had mental and physical disabilities) in self-defense after he pursued her into her home wielding a knife was not accepted by law enforcement. She ultimately entered an Alford plea before charges of first-degree murder and armed criminal action could go to trial.
The woman is sick enough to put an innocent man in jail, kill her best friend, kill her mother, then dupe and kill this mentally challenged young man. Life in prison seems to good for her.

She used police bias against Russ and spent years setting up the frame job. It was inevitable that her greed would catch up with her, but her ability to throw the authorities in a completely different direction is a diabolic talent and stuff of legends. Right! Thats another thing the police should have noticed. This woman, that was so distraught supposedly after having to kill a man, is so calm and relaxed having conversations about humidity. She was just "forced" to murder! For most, that would be life changing, and the shock and trauma alone would have a normal person on the floor in fetal position. But she was cool as ever. Talking about the weather.

  • @AliRadicali
    @AliRadicali Год назад +560

Just a small note about the murder of Pam's mother: I think it is extremely obvious that the "accident" was staged just by the picture of the railing. If such a railing were to collapse and break under a person's weight, not only would some of the vertical spokes holding up the guard rail buckle or come off, but the horizontal rail itself would be severely bent because that is what the person would be leaning on. Unless the person is shorter than the railing or tripped and barrelled into it headfirst, they'd still have the guardrail stopping them from falling off the balcony.
It seems extremely negligent to me that the accident wasn't investigated further, especially with evidence of a sleeping pill overdose in the victim's body.

Just followed this up. Pam finally in 2019 was convicted for life of murder. The man she murdered was mentally disabled and she used and killed him as a pawn in her little game for money. Poor guy his family had even reported him missing because no one knew where he was. But Pam had control of him and then killed him point blank he didn’t know what he’d got involved in. The other case of Betty well the husband was released after three years and was found completely innocent. Poor man! He even had an alibi but Pam was good!
She’s that good a movie has been made with Renée Zellweger as Pam. She is such so good at manipulating others and this has gone on for years.

I think it’s important to mention in the beginning, where it is said toward the beginning without criticism, that Pam and Betsy had, in fact, set up the life insurance because Russ would spend all the money. She also told the police that part of it was that he was abusive… undoubtedly in order to create a timeline that leads to the conclusion she wanted the police to come to. There was no evidence to suggest that he would spend all the money on himself, or that he was abusive. Pam was the sole source for this suggestion, as she fed a now defunct timeline of Russ’ and Betsy’s escalation up to Betsy’s murder. Also, Pam was life insurance sales producer who had committed insurance fraud multiple times, and was fired for it when she was caught. I’m a life insurance sales producer, and I can tell you that life insurance salespeople have a variety of very powerful sales methods for convincing folks to take out policies. The REASON for the policy is not documented on the policy. It’s also possible that Pam once again committed insurance fraud, and Betsy had not had as much or any awareness or involvement in setting it up.

Usually correct but that didn't make a difference here. Russ was convicted thanks to a "win at all costs" prosecutor who made illegal and unethical arguments at trial allowed by an inept judge trying her first murder case and a morally bankrupt lead investigator who coached Pam's testimony throughout the process. The prosecutor initially dropped charges against Russ when an experienced judge was assigned to the case but refiled after the judge retired so she could try the case in front of an inexperienced judge. The entire prosecution of Russ was unethical, immoral, and unthinkably corrupt. The cop and the prosecutor had every reason to investigate and question Pam but deliberately chose not to do so. Their conduct in this case is infuriating.
Russ had a rock solid alibi (FOUR other people, video footage, receipts, etc.) which showed he was NOT home at the time the murder had to have taken place but even with an experienced defense attorney the deck was stacked so high against him with the improper evidence allowed in and the judge not properly gatekeeping the argument that he was convicted anyway. The appellate court thankfully gave him another trial and he won his retrial in front of a better judge who kept the prosecutor in line.

    How did Russ get convicted?
Are you telling me that 12 people fell for this B.S.?
Thank the heavens my fate isn't up to the same type of people who convicted Russ.

I'm sorry, you are right. His wife was murdered and he was framed. God bless him. And may the bury Pamela hupp under the thickest slab of cement and forget her. Look at how she lies. Smh. God bless the innocent.

Don't get out of jury duty unless you absolutely have to, people. Consider you got charged with something you didn't do... Wouldn't you hope there was at least one competent person on that jury? One person who would actually consider the evidence?

Russ had a new trial and got out of prison. I know his attorney. God bless him.

    When they said she framed
the husband for murder my jaw dropped, what a pure evil person! (if you can even call her a person)

Amazing how she thinks she's conning those detective's into believing her story, she seems so confident in herself the truth will all come out and she'll crack like an egg. Some people are really EVIL

That officer was good at listening and keeping her talking at the end, shows the type of person she is and he got a lot of information.

This piece of work is soooo evil, it’s unbelievable. Not only does she kill her own mom, she killed her friend, weaseled her family out of Betsy’s life insurance, helped frame the husband of murder, then finds a victim to set up and kills him! All for her own benefit & gain.

Only thing she is right about is how awful the heat/humidity is in FL, it’s terrible. At peak heat and humidity it legit feels hard to breathe.

Yes, but I found that amusing: a person from Missouri griping about humidity in another state.

There's alot of people like her in naples florida now unfortunately. she is completely batshit and evil but she's got a point about it being way overcrowded with people not from here and that includes herself. The northern states are always send us their worst ppl we need to build a wall and deport them at this point because she's a Symptom of this unsustainable crowded overdevolped shithole our town turned into

I couldn't imagine go to jail for a murder you didn't commit. Just shows, know who you're around and what it could bring into your life
