Great video, very helpful. Although due to the complete wardrobe change, it makes me question why another figure body & headsculpt were not supplied to curtail the wardrobe swop (obviously at extra cost).
At first I was like, "What kind of nerd needs this video?" Then I realized I knew exactly the uniform Picard was wearing in the Darmok episode referenced in the video. The answer to my question: Me.
Oh hey not only does it have normal uniform and the special captain's jacket, but you can also dress him up like in "Chain of Command" Which.. I am literally just now realizing is a pun. Because he was chained up.
