If they don’t make him playable in any of the 5.0s versions then the majority of his hype will die down and more likely than not a lot less people will pull for him so it would just be a bad decision in general to not make him playable in any of the 5.0 versions

The artifact selector will give us the desired artifacts but what is probability that the sub stats we choose will increase instead of defence or hp sub stats.😢

Not unless there will be a new map expansion with a new story same like what happened to the cloud retainer. Ok, this is confusing bc Xbalanque is supposedly a better Bennett, therefore heals+buffs. They're really going to take us all the way through the pyro nation without giving us a meta pyro DPS? I have Arlecchino so, whatever, but I totally expected a meta pyro DPS.
I mean, it makes sense? Most pyro characters we have ARE pyro dps characters, but we still don’t have a dedicated pyro buffer (bennett c6 doesn’t count as you need a whole c6 for that) so introducing one pyro buffer and one pyro sub dps does work well. We didn’t get a meta geo dps during liyue either.
the capitano "leak" about his constellation being shaped like bones just doesn't make sense, as we already know what ALL harbinger constellations look like.
Oh man, I was super exited about the artifacts creator tool, so I am a little disappoited, but better to be disappointed now, than to wait 12 days beeing hyped, just to learn it's not that amazing as thought, that would be a little painful, so I'm thankful to know that now 😔 And also like you said, it's still very nice to be able equip at least our favourite characters with some good artifacts
I'm still not sure how the artifact system works. Can I take an existing artifact and change the stats? Because if it's about creating a new artifact, there still the fact that I only get two sub stats. For many characters the perfect artifact requires four specific stats. So there'd still be a chance that the other sub stats are complete garbage and thus the artifact is anything else than perfect.
I think Capitano is meant to be a plot tease by Mihoyo( like Dottorre), as far as being playable right now. Capitano is TOO POWERFUL to be playable quite yet. He & Pietro are liable to go down closer to the final Act. If Capitano was this early moat of the other Harbingers pale in comparison by powerscaling.
Capitano has his powers from the abyss right ? And Natlan is in danger because of "The abyss" so he might have a development and may be playable. Honestly, with all the loves commentaries on him on all the videos when he appears, it would be stupid not make him quickly playable
