    You provided a fair and detailed overview in each price range. I currently have an 06 GT and a Dark Horse. I know many people complain about the price point on the DH but it is a fantastic car, and it makes you want to go out and drive. Can't wait to get it on the track. No regrets on getting it.

    This was a great list and I appreciate how you focused on modern mustangs.
    As a terminator owner it would’ve been too easy to just do a top 10 list all time or something, but I like the spotlight on the newer gen’s

    Hi Chris! I have a procharged 10psi over 700 whp monster 2021 Mach 1 HP. It has an MGW shifter, DSS carbon fiber driveshaft, Mantic clutch, Ford Performance Haftshafts, the Steeda magneride control module, Steeda Vertical links, toe links, g trac brace, IRS Support braces, bushings for differential , jacking rails, and other stop the hop mods from Steeda. I still use the stock springs from ford. Amazing handling!

    At the $50k price range you’d take a S550 Mach 1 over an S197 GT500?

      Check out the other comment on here regarding solid rear vs IRS. It all depends on what you want to do with the car. If straight lines are your thing, then you can’t go wrong with the 500 for sure.

    Good video Chris. I ordered a Dark Horse back on 6 April. Still waiting for it. Ford has the Handling package on restraint currently. So I think that I will have another month or two of waiting. I plan to have an ESS installed eventually. Have you left Steeda?If so, I will have to work with Joe Boda for my DH suspension enhancement parts. What tires do you suggest to replace my Perrelli Trofeo RS with? I will save them for the track but have been leaning towards Michelin pilot sport 4S tires. What are you daily driving on?
    Thanks Chris‼️👍👊💪😎🇺🇸

      @therealcervenka  7 месяцев назад +1

      Congrats! It’s gonna be awesome once you get it! Yes, I’ve left Steeda - you can reach out to their Sales team and they’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
      As for the tires, if you’re looking for a summer tire for street driving I’d go with the 4S like you mentioned or the Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02!

      Well it's a dual clutch. Not an automatic. Drive one and get back to me. See what your opinion is after. The downshift are majestic. The upshifts are instant. The way it builds speed is insane. And it's a pussy cat in day to day driving. So IN MY OPINION, ALL around it isn't be touched. Drive it sir.

    • @therealcervenka
      @therealcervenka  7 месяцев назад

      Tough to compare because the S550 chassis is so much more sorted when it comes to handling. It’s going to take a lot more modification to get an S197 to handle as well as an S550. If the power and “raw” feeling of a solid rear is more important to you, then GT500 for sure. As for 10-12 vs 13-14. The 5.4L in the 10-12 will take to mods better than the 5.8L in the 13-14. If you plan to go big power, get the 5.4L. If you plan to keep it stock or mild bolt-on, then the 5.8L for sure. I’ve always had a soft spot for those 13-14 GT500s 😍

      Drive both, but personally I’d pick Mach 1 due to better resale and it won’t be just another GT. If you plan to mod the crap out of the car especially for looks get the GT if you leave it stock or do some performance mods do the Mach 1
