- Whether you're an outdoorsman or not you gotta appreciate a retailer as fun as this one. With 250,000 sq ft of floor space and easily over 300 pieces of taxidermy, this place is quite impressive. There's also a shooting gallery, fresh water aquarium, and restaurant. You don't even need to buy anything, just stop in for the attractions and it's like a free admission taxidermy theme park. I had a lot more fun walking through this place than I thought I would..

I'm traveling the northeast US to explore as many unique, interesting, fun or beautiful points of interest I can find. These include roadside attractions, museums, amusement/theme parks, fairs & carnivals, events/festivals, nature sights, hiking trails, nice towns, markets & more. My first area to cover will be the central Pennsylvania area and places near the Mason-Dixon PA/MD state line. I am frm India. In 2015..I visited this amazing big shopping arena and became charmed after seeing its vast collections outdoor commodities and the exhibits of taxidermy, aquariums etc. Really this is a worth visiting place .

I can tell that this place is so big to hold a lot of camping supplies and clothes and such
I used to think all Cabelas was like this until I saw a top 10 unique stores on the travel channel. I love going here so much!

Love Cabela's! Went to the one in the Phoenix area all the time when I lived there. Wish we had one near us here in FL.
A new one recently opened in Daytona Beach, I recommend it! Made myself a visit and enjoyed it. Still, nothing like the one near Cuer D'Elaine Idaho.

I never knew it was the largest cabelas I go here all the time with my dad I watch and dees fish I go to the deer land or watever it is called I always forget amd we look for fiture guns shirts and fishing rods

That is indeed a hue cabelas!! We have something called Field and Stream where I live
There's a pretty big Bass Pro Shops near here too but not nearly as impressive
Been there absolutely awesome. I wish I never left. Would love to hunt some of the animals also.
There was a Moose there that was easily the size of a truck, last time I went I didn't see it, should have taken pictures
