Check spark first, my 100% confidence that your issue is the carb, remove and hit and scrub with carb cleaner, these things love their fuel if it’s slightly off it’s an issue,never know tho once you get the body off it will reveal a lot.the livery ❤

Probably gummed up the spark plug on full choke over and over. Normally couple of pulls on full choke then half choke with a bit of throttle if you can.
Old fuel, no spark or blocked carb if that doesn’t work
