All exercises are performed in a seated position. I think you will be surprised how effective these exercises can be!
Core strength is crucial for balance as well as hip and pelvic support! Just do what you can and take a break when you need to. Every time you do this workout you will get stronger.
Many of these movement are pilates based and will leave you feeling great!

Hi Lauren it has been a while I added this to a triceps/biceps workout with another trainer. Who knew how much the abs could 🔥 up sitting in a chair.

Can you do this on a balance ball
That would be great! Just modify the last move, where both legs go up at once! That may be a little tricky on the balance ball :)
Tend to forget how effective seated workouts can be.Certainly not an easy option just as challenging as standing.

I hesitate to be critical, but this can be dangerous for anyone with osteopenia or osteoporosis to do. Many seniors have OP, so I was disappointed that no mention was made as to who should or should not b doing this workout. Rounding the back in any form with OP can lead to vertebral fractures, as can twisting.
