  • We spent 18 nights in Cabin 8632 on Ovation of the Seas a Royal Caribbean Quantum Class ship.
There are advantages and disadvantages to the Junior Suite with Large Balcony compared to the standard Junior Suite. At the end of the video I list them.
Our parents stayed in a standard junior suite - see our tour here: • Ovation of the Seas : ...

I dream of such cabins, maybe one day I will splurge and get one. My next cruise will be a solo studio interior, Christmas 24, should be fine.
The standard balcony cabins are also pretty good, had one in March cruising NZ, was great.
    Thanks for the thorough video.

I love your videos. Thank you so much for doing this video. You have no clue how helpful this video was. I just got an Email to upgraded my room for a room like yours or a Grand Suite - 1 Bedroom. I am going with hubby and tow young kids age 7 and 8 do you think its worth it?? I am on a Ocean View Balcony and I will be on that cruise for 11days. Thank you heaps again. Also have you ever done the royal up? I have never done it before. I am going on the 29th of Jan 2024 so not sure if I have a chance to win.

Ours was an 18 day cruise, so we definitely liked the extra space. Also the suites give you access to Coast Kitchen Restaurant for dinner which we found was much better than the MDR. With two kids maybe a 1 bedroom suite would be better, but I guess quite a bit more expensive than the Junior Suite with large balcony. Either will be a big improvement on the standard balcony. There is enough room in the Junior Suite w large balcony, that you could have the sofa bed folded out and still walk around easily (unlike the standard balcony when set up for 4). We've never done Royal up. Have a great trip!

@@cruisingandsnoozing1479 Thank you so much again for your reply. That was so helpful. I will give it ago and see what happens and the Coastal Kitchen sounds fantastic. I have not been on a cruise for almost 5 years now. So thank you again for being so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate it. ☺️ I hope you have many more amazing holidays too. I will let you know how the royal up goes. Thank you again
