Had to go to a different shop. First shop said no, went to a different one, they said yes. No rubbing or issues, looks great, and I can walk out of mud that stopped me before these.
@hakunamatata6464 Best go to local tires shops as available on Kelly, Artic CLAWS, top tiers and high standards quality 👌 tiers thise kinds shops you looks for. Best 👌 👍 😍 🥰
Kinda crazy. I have 275/65R20s on mine, It looks like I have a lot more gap between the fender and the tire than you do in the rear but mine are only .2 inches shorter.
You only have 18" wheels? My 2020 Armada SL came with 20" wheels. I looked up the actual size of your tires and they are 34.3" and the factory tires are 33". I feel like the stupid rear sag would effect the clearance for bigger tires.
No issues, and yes I have 18s, which I'm actually very happy about. Sidewall flex is a thing while offroading. We actually plan on getting a 21 platinum, and will be swapping these same tires and wheels in place of the 20s. I know the factories are "33" but when I measured them they came out to 31.5"!
@@3KindsOfGuns How's the gas mileage on those beasts? I have 275/70R20 Blizzaks on my factory 20's and can't get any better than 15.2mpg. I wonder If the SL and Platinum models have larger calipers that don't allow the 18's to work. It would be nice to get 18's because of the price difference. On my 2015 silverado I was able to fit 17" steel wheels on it with 37's lol, But I don't think they make 18" steelies for our armadas.
@@3KindsOfGuns I took my stock Armada trail crawling in the north woods of Wisconsin and it was a beast! Besides it being too wide for certain trails, it was doing the same trails as what the sxs's were doing with ease.
I have a 2020 and I installed a nitto grappler 305/55/20 without lifting and it drives fine.
Yup, outside diameter of that is only 33.21 inches. So for sure!
Outside diameter of mine are 34.4 inches.
Looks great. Thanks for posting
Thanks for watching!
How did you get the shop to install the 295? Costco wont freagging go higher than 1 size up... 275s.

I'm super happy with them on 18s.
I offroad this thing occasionally, so I need that sidewall flex.
Best on snow. Claws go almost anywhere on snowing roads.
They work great! A bit of road noise, but they do what I need them to do!

wow I thought my KO2s in 275/70R18 looked good on my 2017 Armada, but nice to know I can go bigger!!
I just bought a 2004, 140k miles with brand new tires. 2,200$ which is better than blue book. I’m digging it, might have to start tricking it out.
Get after it!
I just bought an 06 last month with 36k original miles. It's beautiful I love it.
Hell yeah! We love ours, though I am looking lustfully at the 25 offroad model.

We cannot go below 18s, I know that. I get 17.5 on the highway, I also removed the plastic air dams because I think it looks better without them.
Yeah they are surprisingly capable offroad. Fun trucks!
It looks cool
Thanks!
I have a 2023 armada sv with 18 inch wheels . Can a 20.inch tire fit ? Do the rim have to replace?
You cannot put a 20 inch tire on 18 inch rims.
Did you remove the steps in order for it to fit
Nope. I removed them because I liked the look.
I got 35 by 12 .5 and it works but I have a 2005 and it's stock. But I'm putting level kit soon .
I just heard so many mixed results about running 12.5x35s on this year. That being said, I am super happy with these!
Stock shock? Cuz im trying to buy a tire but the shop yelling me that it doesn’t fit
What year?
looks good I would change rims though
Not opposed to that, but I would stick with 18s for sidewall flex.
For a 20" rims, can we fit a 305 -50-R20?
I have no idea. You can run the dimension through a calculator, but I don't know.
How did it go? Did out em on yet or no. I bought the same exact ones today how did it go?
Asking about the 20s or 18s? I still have the 18s, and I like them a lot. Regular tire rotation, and rebalancing is important.
would they rub with running boards you think?
No! I removed the running boards after I had the tires installed. No rubbing.
Is it 4x2 or 4x4?
4x4
I bet they are very noisy
They are noisy, but I like the noise.
