I used to be a Christ embassy member and even now when you follower Abel Damina's teachings you see a lot of similarities, aside the glorification of material things and 'prosperity gospel, tithing etc. They teach based on the Bible and more in depth, just nothing really new for those who really *meditate* in the word of God.

I thank God for this man zeal and strong desire for the word. However the confusion is that we don’t supersede divine revelation (Rhema) with the general word (logos). When we do that we slip into error and heresy. Divine revelation is a personal word to the individual who receive it not for everybody it is personal to that person, that is the confusion. I used to be a student of this Pastor and back then he was only about 2% false. It’s alarming how much of a deviation he keeps on making. Followers of such a man are doing so at their own risk!!! Thank God for the things I learnt on salvation from him, as a new Christian. But Praise God for delivering me from his extra biblical corruption. All it took was me actually reading my Bible myself, and having the singleness of mind to evaluate. Most things were just off.

Almost all his “progressive” revelations are just mere conjecture at best. I do acknowledge that he is a sincere preacher and means well. I just now had a real walk with God and saw from my own life, and from reading the Bible objectively, myself with the guidance of the Holy Spirit that many of his teachings are imbalanced, and sometimes ridiculous. Or some of the fires of Elijah were by demons and not God, or once you’ve believed the gospel at some point, you’re locked in and cannot even get out even if you wanted to. Interesting. We all understand the became manifest etc but the truth is Jesus is the seed of the woman not the seed of man. To say he has no blood of Mary is false. I thank God for this man zeal and strong desire for the word. However the confusion is that we don’t supersede divine revelation (Rhema) with the general word (logos). When we do that we slip into error and heresy. Divine revelation is a personal word to the individual who receive it not for everybody it is personal to that person, that is the confusion. Teaching rhema as a doctrine and teaching to the public makes the teaching heresy. He needs to be guided because that is dangerous. I used to be a student of this Pastor and back then he was only about 2% false. It’s alarming how much of a deviation he keeps on making. Followers of such a man are doing so at their own risk!!! Thank God for the things I learnt on salvation from him, as a new Christian. But Praise God for delivering me from his extra biblical corruption. All it took was me actually reading my Bible myself, and having the singleness of mind to evaluate. Most things were just off.

Almost all his “progressive” revelations are just mere conjecture at best. I do acknowledge that he is a sincere preacher and means well. I just now had a real walk with God and saw from my own life, and from reading the Bible objectively, myself with the guidance of the Holy Spirit that many of his teachings are imbalanced, and sometimes ridiculous. Eg; by revelation Jesus wasn’t born by Mary. Or some of the fires of Elijah were by demons and not God, or once you’ve believed the gospel at some point, you’re locked in and cannot even get out even if you wanted to. Or that adding the name of Jesus to prayers is unnecessary, Or that Holy communion/baptism are outdated. I found that the conclusions he reaches from premises on these topics are intellectually dishonest and in some cases blindly ridiculous to anyone with critical thinking. But all the best to y’all.
