Tips: Soul Siphon Cloak rune will increase the dmg and amount your drain life heals for every dot u have up. Corruption, UA, Shadowflame, Siphon Life, and Curse of Shadows. You can use Immo Aura instead of UA for 10% magic dmg reduction or use UA for more DMG/SoulSiphon healing. I use UA. Summon Imp and have him stay far back and phase him so he doesnt get hit. Don't have him attacking, he is there for Blood Pact. Bring GNPP to pop when your drain resists (it will eventually). Should be shadow spec, SM/Ruin works but most of the points in destro are wasted bc all your dmg is going to be shadow. Better off putting some of those points into Fel Stamina and Improved HS. 2 piece T2 tanking set would be very helpful as it allows you to lifetap without damaging yourself, but it's totally not necessary

Dang, what is it like to be on a boss for an hour long fight? I want to attempt this for the dagger but wonder how draining it'd be, especially if i have to do it a number of times if bad loot luck lol
