We call them leg amputation mobiles here in the Bahamas.. lol, they are street legal and very popular here.. but the lift kits we don't see, those are really cool!!
Here in the states we have traffic laws, so its marginally safer. When I lived in Panama, it was the same deal as the Bahamas, no one maintained anything, and no one ever hit anything but the horn, its like brakes didn't even exist.

While I prided myself in having a well maintained fleet, I have to admit that my foreign vehicles such as the mini trucks, Nissan and Kia vehicles..etc., were my biggest challenge.. being that parts.. like a starter for example. A starter for my Suzuki/Honda trucks were costing me as much as a starter for my C7 Cat engines in my GMC 8500 bucket trucks.. and I could have a starter from Florida within three days.. wherein my foreign vehicles often took months!! I encourage all my Family and Friends to buy from the US.. especially GM vehicles!!

Don't go through them 8k-10k is too much when these commonly go for 800-1000usd and for newer ones maybe up to 3-5k
