Snorkmaiden's brother has finished planning his flying ship, and has constructed a pair of wings so he himself can try out his theories, jumping of from the highest cliff in Moominvalley. But he is not the only one to think that flying is great - Stinky would like the wings for very Stinky-like purposes...

I can relate
I used to hate Stinky as a kid but he’s kind of hilarious to adult almost 30 years old me 😂 he’s not that good at being bad, and has such great chaos/trickster god energy! I still laugh so much at him when he’s coming out of the ocean.
Seeing Moomin having fun on his wings was so cute!

Earliest I've been to an upload of this show! Snork should've enlisted Paul McCartney to help him, since Paul would know all about "wings." Also, close your eyes and listen to Snork-Maiden's "Gosh, what a lot of wood you've got," line without cracking up. Jokes aside, this was a fun episode. Favorite moment was when Moomin got the wings and took them out for a spell. That was really cute.

Fun fact Snorkmaiden/Little My are voiced by the same person who did the voice for Noa Izumi in the original patlabor dub. She also voiced Fujiko in a few Lupin movie dubs.
One other thing I didn't realise was quite a bit of the dub cast are British, I always thought it was all Americans.
Yeah, it's a dub for CBBC, and Moomin never aired in the US or Canada outside of Hawaii, but they're all speaking with North American accents for some reason.
