I’m a mechanic there and whirligig is actually taken apart every year for winter to keep it from ruining the ride. It’s all stored in the building right next to it. The gaming cocacola longue has all of whirligig in it right now until summer. It’s just a cool skeleton as of right now
I actually know that and I have seen pictures of Whirligigs skeleton and it’s kind of cool to see what the frame of the ride is I do miss the vintage original look to it but it’s new DC repaint has grown on me. The new name though is kind of stupid.
The orientation of sky striker truly confuses me. It looks like it wont fit next to x flight without hitting it! What the heck. Looking forward to this opening

I can see a mini dive coaster like a Baron1898 layout where the lift doubles as the holding brake but it would be a custom layout then an off the shelf clone of baron1898
Not a fan of them destroying the planters at the entrance, as it ruins the separation between Carousel Plaza and new Orleans Square. Why do they have to actively destroy the park's beautification
If you look back at one of my first drone updates of the year, you can see that they were retracking a portion of Viper. The tarp over that section of track is now gone so the retracking is presumed to be complete

Camp cartoon and the hidden aqua stage I personally think need the next thing they work on, ugly cartoon area and the stage is just uselesss
